I stayed here with my family for a quick trip to Seattle. The room was clean and comfortable. Admittedly the room wasn't a luxury room but it was warm and clean. Apparently this hotel is also used a lot by individuals that will come to the region to work and may have guest for weeks at a time. Despite that knowledge the hotel was clean and safe and definitely quiet in the evenings.

Ants, dirty showers (walls need mildew treatment), dirty doors, bubbled/burned dresser, table. Temp in shower hardly worked. You have to walk all the way in the room to turn on lights. Thermostat only works when you are moving in the room. One light didn’t work. Rusty hangers and luggage holder. Gross coverlet and blanket. I had to checkout and move somewhere else. Remote missing battery cover. Don’t book here just because it’s inexpensive. I had to checkout out and go somewhere else.

The room was gross, after going through the check in and not having a good experience, get to the room, door is grimy, furniture is damaged, bath faucet was coming off the wall, floor was dirty. There was also no hot breakfast as advertised. I would not recommend this location. $150 hold for incidentals, before even getting to the room and seeing that it’s already damaged. What the heck? I stayed overnight on a road trip, so didn’t complain to person in the office, did self check out and left first thing in the morning.

Don't get catfished by this place. The room did not look nearly as nice as it did online. It was outdated and the bathroom felt gross. We ended up checking out almost immediately after we got there and going across the street to the Quality Inn where we got a much better room and actual hotel experience for almost the same cost.

Positive: The rooms were in great shape. Beds extremely comfortable. Quiet. Very Clean. NOT SURE WHY ALL THE BAD RE Negative: They should have a breakfast !! The lobby should have coffee available ALL DAY! NOT til 9 a.m.

The doors remained locked even after three key changes. Even with the manager's master key, they still wouldn't open. We had to use a knife to pry off the small cap, and then the master key was able to get us inside. This all happened at midnight, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everyone having various conversations.

The place is run down and multiple broken fixtures. Asked for broken iron and blow dryer to be replaced and was told it would be done the next day, when I said I needed it that day I was told I was being difficult.

The rooms were pretty beat up. The shower looked a little too dirty or stained. Beds were comfortable... I'm not sure if it was because they were comfortable or if I was just tired. The breakfast was lacking. Just a paper bag with a microwave able sandwich, crackers, fruit cup and your choise of a bottled juice. Not what I was expecting for breakfast.
