We have been long time customers (12 years or so) of this hotel and it is fantastic. Once a month we stay here AND hold a meeting in their meeting room. If you are looking for meeting space, I highly recommend this hotel. The meeting room is always set up exactly to our discussed preferences. The staff communicates quickly and is super friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It will meet all your needs and you will feel welcomed by the team. The location is close to anything you could need such as stores and restaurants and is easy to get on and off the freeway. I can't say enough about this place. Great people and good value. Highly recommend.

Excellent front desk help, Kimberly was awesome, was exhausted after a red eye flight and she got me into the room I needed. ! Nice room, comfortable bed. The best shower water pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Would stay again when I am in the area. A+

We stayed at this hotel for one night. A couple hours after we checked into our room, we saw a cockroach on the wall. When we brought this up they moved us rooms to a different floor. Which we found fleas. Cleanliness lacks, all over bathroom walls along with some orange dried fluid on the bathroom wall. Both of my kids went into the pool and came out with bloody scratches/small gashes on the bottom of their toes. Front desk lady was fairly nice. However, if you want a bug free hotel, I definitely wouldn’t stay here. When talking with the front desk lady, she mentioned she hadn’t heard of roaches, but bed bugs she has. If you have other options go with those.

If I was a total jerk I would rate it a zero, we stayed 2 nights, half the rooms were sealed off with duct tape around the doors and I'm mad it didn't hit me sooner. We got home and found weird bugs in our stuff and I haven't stopped itching since I left. I looked back at reviews and now I'm thinking they must have been cleaning up from having bugs, roaches and bed bugs from previous posts and what i found, and the rooms that were taped off the last day we were there were having new beds put in them. I launched a complaint with my booking service and expect some response. If that place was under current treatment for pests and thats why I got so sick the 2nd morning I woke up there because I have immunodeficiency I will be very upset.
*oh and yes apparently the hot tub is still broken
*and yes the rooms and still freezing even when you try to turn up the heat.
Seems like things that have been wrong for a while. They need to be reported to quality inn headquarters cause this owner is drowning in issues.

This hotel is quiet at night. Good for traveling workmen. Management doesn't put up with noisy degenerates and uncontrolled offspring. Breakfast is sparse, and sometimes late to open. Internet is dodgy, often going down for long periods.

This is a filthy and horrible hotel. Food drippings on curtains, burn stains also. Bench coverings were stained and had holes. Pretty much everything in the rooms , and this was my second choice, looked like the owner went to the dumpsters and found what they could to furnish the rooms. The first rooms bed was sunk in so much it looked like an elephant sat on it.

Absolutely Awful Experience. Booked room after 11 pm for a check in within a few hours. Arrived, 4am, after driving through rough roads, to hear they gave our reservation away. We eventually got in, to wake up a couple hours later to chase and kill roaches. Rude front desk has Absolutely no Authority to help. Yet, conveniently held $400 for 5 to 7 business days. Now, our mistake for choosing this hotel, has caused a very upset family and tired, devastated grandkids. HORRIBLE

The rooms were dirty, meaning, bugs were found, beds had multiple hairs on the sheets and under the mattress pads, also somehow under the mattress on top of the box spring. I squished a bug that was found between the mattress and box spring.. I have no clue what kind of bug and I probably don't want to know. After finding COCKROACHES, I didn't want to know what else was there. The bathroom had used burnt matches on the floor, the bathtub had a slow drain, so it's probably clogged and the tub was filling with water while I was showering. The bathroom also had dead ants all over the ceiling. We found a flea in our room. The pool floor cut up the bottom of the kids feet and the water is disgustingly green. Overall we had a very bad experience and I regret booking there. I hate to say that because we went into the weekend really looking forward to our stay, and came out highly disappointed. For what I paid the room was not worth the hassle. I pray we don't find any bugs coming home with us.
