This was our first time of staying here. We only made reservations ahead of time because my CC company had a few special it was doing for hotel stays. My wife & I happened to need to travel 3½ hours each way and see medical specialists from past surgeries, etc.
So, my wife said it would be so much easier to just stay somewhere and come home the next day! Looked through my CC deals and saw what they were doing and the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino in Fife looked like an Excellent king size room with handicap shower/tub for myself and everything was Great!
Every single employee was Extremely helpful, went out of their way to help any time they could make it before I needed to get through a door or something! Security was Great! Front Desk was down to Only 1 person, but she was very efficient!
My wife & I needed some actual Rest and the room was Very Clean, the bed was Very Clean & Comfortable, the fold down handicap seat was Big, and allowed me to get close enough to remove my prosthetic leg much easier!
We tried their deli for dinner and my Chicken Breast sandwich was Excellent! My wife got a small Vegetable Pizza and Wow..it was Huge, toppings were about 4 inches high! Great Experience!

Not a great location but the scenic view wasn't my first concern. I don't gamble, however I did notice e a very clean,roomy and well maintained slot machine area, separate smokers section, good food, and very nice staff. It's a huge building and parking was free so that was great. Our room was clean, fresh, and modern. My fiancee and I enjoyed the show thst evening and slept well all night- no noise or anything! Please don't gamble though.

Even though I didn't stay at the hotel end of the business, the casino was great fun. It's just a big enough place where you can get thoroughly lost among the video slots. While it might not have the table games of the newer Tacoma location, I enjoy this one more sometimes for less traffic amongst the machines. I seem to find more of the games I like here also, while Tacoma has all the bigger/newer slots. All in all minus hotel, it's a great place even against the huge new building they have. Give it a play!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The parking structure is tall enough for large pickup trucks.
The only downside to the room for me was the residual smell of cigarette smoke from the casino. It's definitely not a deal breaker for me. Will stay there again.

Being somewhat skeptical after reading previous reviews, we were so pleased with this hotel. Our king room was very nice ... so quiet even though we faced the highway, very clean, comfy bed, large TV. Mini fridge and room safe, if required. Breakfast at Puyalapabs Cafe was very good (twice the food that we each needed). All staff and security couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Concert venue was good, probably not a bad seat in the place. Good acoustics and two big screens on either side of the stage. Can't wait to come back for our next concert!

The room was nice, the service was good.

The room was hot and did not cool quickly. I opened the window and left it open all night, but it only opened a couple of inches. Started feeling cool around 5 AM but never got cold.

This is my favorite casino to go to, and the only one that we enjoy and actually choose to go to. They have a huge selection of the older games, which is extremely important to us. They also give us Freeplay, and they're open 24/7 which is important. All of the staff, the security, they're all friendly and great Everytime...! Also the food in the deli is great, but a little bit over priced

Casino treated me nicely. I won my first big jackpot there. The rooms are nice they are very clean and spacious. Staff and service were awful, though. They really lack customer service, and the people at the players' club desk are useless and pass everything off to other departments, very frustrating not to get answers to easy questions!! Security was very nice , after winning such a large amount of money they walked me to my car! They were very helpful.
