Watch these guys, they want to make up fake damage and charge tenants that are paying $800 a month for half a trailer to come look at THEIR faulty appliances. $50 charge that they don’t tell you about up front to come see what’s wrong. Took my whole $200 deposit for 4 wash clothes, 3 towels, and 2 hand towels that were accidentally packed in with my stuff. Said it was $50 worth of towels and rags. Just makes up prices to replace items and then when you call him out on it he says “I know you can get the stuff cheaper but I have to pay someone to go get it.” Also tried to claim I burnt a comforter even though I took pictures before I left the residence. Called 6 times after moving out to try and get someone to come do a walk through and return my deposit. Kept getting told everyday that he would do it that day to no avail. I only stayed a month due to the bed bug problem they had and them not willing to do anything about it. Hopefully they take my $200 and pay someone to treat the nasty place. These guys are straight crooks, it’s how they make a living, taking honest hard working people’s money. Stay far far away.
