As always, premier donuts in our area! You won't find this quality anywhere near. I drive from Fairmont. My brother was on from Cape Cod. Had to take him to the Sweet Spot. He was very impressed!

I was there today and the pepperoni rolls was so good and the doughnuts so fresh!!! I would highly recommend stopping in and enjoy the friendly atmosphere!!! But remember to get some to go because believe me you will want more once you get home!!!

When the original owners/operators of this short-lived bakery found a couple to sell the store to before they lost anymore money, the bakery was already doomed. There is not enough people left in Shinnston with disposable income to support a traditional business such as a bakery. Whatever spare money people in the area have goes to a thriving methamphetamine market. The new owners who took the business over from the original owners were in no way equipped to run a business--any business--and especially a business completely doomed to fail for previously said reasons. The only decent city in the area is Bridgeport, but it's not the kind of place out-of-state visitors would want to travel to, however. But Bridgeport does have at least one quality bakery with plenty of citizens who have disposable income to support it. I don't know how or why Shinnston remains incorporated. But I do know this: There is no way in hell that Shinnston will ever have another stand-alone bakery. Sadly, Shinnston, like so many other communities in the area, will never have anything remarkable (or even normal) again. That could probably be said of the entire state of West Virginia, too.

I've only been here once, but was very impressed. The doughnuts and drinks were fresh and very tasty. The prices were in line with the product and the availability for the area to pay.

Delicious donuts, friendly staff, adorable bakery. All the donuts we tried were great, but the powdered cream filled and blueberry iced donuts are my favorite.

The fruity pebbles donuts are above and beyond. Delicious. I recommend the iced coffee, better than starbucks. If you have a minute, stop by, you won't regret it!
