Located at the University Towne Center in Morgantown. Expensive but great tasting cookies. They have about five choices of cookies which change periodically. You order on the app or kiosk and wait for them to call your name. Usually a line out the door however it goes fairly fast. Only wish they served iced cold milk!!!!

Terrible experience, and terribly run Crumbl. Waited almost an hour for an hour I had placed on the app 2 hours prior. Finally when my order says it’s ready, no cookies are brought out. My name on the digital queue board disappeared and the app updated to say my order was completed. I asked a staff member and they apparently ran out of the most popular cookie at 1pm so they were just holding the order. Ended up subbing 2 other cookies for the 2 they didn’t have, and the staff just slopped them in the box(which was disgustingly dirty) and frosting was everywhere. We were top tier members point wise, but will never return. Highly recommend avoiding, the cookies aren’t worth this.

I was so excited to see the Cowboy & Raspberry cookies. My Cowboy tasted like the base of a chocolate chip cookie without the chips, coconut or pecans. My raspberry cookie is struggling. These cookies are too pricey for them to be subpar.

Crumbl Cookies is my most favorite dessert place. The weekly rotating cookies are super delicious, especially the chocolate chip one. Sometimes there are some really long lines, and when they gave me my box of cookies, it was hard and dry. But overall, it's pretty good.

LOVE CRUMBL!!!
These cookies are HUGE, yes you can get minis but they are both amazing. There is usually a total of 7 new flavors a week! Many good choices to choose from. Totally recommend.

As soon as we walked in, it was a treat to our eyes and nose! 😄
Great service, the kiosks were in use so the gentleman helped us order. When we asked what was good, he said “Everything!” And he was definitely right! Loved the chocolate chip cookie! A must try!

These cookies used to be so good. Consistent in every state I purchased them in, however the last 5 times I or someone I know has purchased cookies at this location they are inadvertently swapped from what was ordered.

Chocolate chip becomes oat cookies, sprinkle cookies become m&m cookies,etc. what is the point of your menu?

Sadly disappointed previous fan.

Their site has no online chat! Wonder who does the person responding to the review actually works for.

Love the cookies and how they change all the time. Fun flavors. Great treat. Service is always good at every location we've been to.
