Ski Brews is a convenient roadside drive-thru with a good selection of coffee, as well as salads, drinks, snacks, and sandwiches. However, the lack of vegetarian options is a major downside.

It feels unnecessary that meat is included in items where it could have easily been left out, almost as if it was added intentionally without considering alternatives. For those following vegetarian or pescatarian diets, this place unfortunately doesn’t offer any suitable choices.

While the coffee and overall selection are decent, the menu could really benefit from more inclusive options to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.

This is a relatively new place. I think one year so far, but the customer service that is presented along with the quality of product makes it seem like they have been there forever! I loved my breakfast burrito along with my coffee. It is definitely a place to visit if you are traveling through! If I lived there, it would be my go to daily !

Love the new look. Got a iced white mocha with vanilla and it was amazing. Great selection for Italian sodas. Definatly stop by for a treat when your in Wasilla.

Great coffee and great service. I work at Matsu Regional Medical and these ladies get the order on point when we door dash a big order. I ask for sugar free and they deliver. They never give me what I don't order. Thank you Ski Brews for your coffee services

Stopped around 2am after arriving home from out of country. Was tired and hungry and still had an hour drive ahead of us. We wanted some drinks to keep us awake, and some food since we hadn’t eaten in many hours- this was really the only place open. We pulled up, there was one other customer and I believe one worker. A few minutes went by and she came over to the window and stated that we must be ready to order if we’ve pulled up to the window? Its a drive through stand? It was an odd interaction, and made us feel as though she was inconvenienced by having customers. She then said I’ll have to come back and figure out what you want later. She closed the window and went on her way. Unfortunately we could not see the menus, one because it was so dark, two because the building is so much higher than any vehicle (I drive a truck). They do have a QR code for the menu, but the code only brings you to their Facebook page. We finally decided to do the one food item we could actually see and were ready to order. The barista didn’t come back to the window for 15+ minutes. We decided it wasn’t worth the wait for food if just ordering was taking that long and left. Very disappointed with this coffee shop. Don’t recommend going, especially if you have places to be. If you’re open 24 hours, expect and be prepared to have customers!

Had to stop by Ski Brews coffee stand for a morning jolt...and didn't even get coffee. Instead, I had their fantastic hot chocolate...because reasons.

But, the star of the show was the Yeti. This thing was a breakfast burrito abomination : basically, everything but the kitchen sink was in there. Potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, and sausage. Probably weighed about two pounds 🙂 lightly grilled...you could call it a panini if your panini was overstuffed and jacked up on All. The. Meats. If this had bacon on it, it would probably be illegal in the lower 48 states.

So, if you are in the Anchorage, Alaska area on a Taste Tour, be sure and stop by Ski Brews!
