Everyone was so polite, informative, and attentive to all of my questions! I walked in thinking it was a timeshare but it’s totally not! This is actually a better deal on travel since the program is extremely reasonable on cost- no maintenance or hidden fees! I still can’t believe my trip to Hawaii for 1 week next year will not break a leg or arm on cost. I’m so glad I decided to go in to hear what U-Win is about and how I can take lavish trips without breaking the bank!!! Also, at the end of the tour, I was given a voucher for a free vacation which is much needed right now. Thank you U-Win! I’m telling everyone in my family and friend group about you all!!! #winning

Employees there are very nice. Yet they had us believing we had "won" a vacation. " When we went in to pick it up, they gave us a sales pitch for their vacation membership. We declined, so they gave us the vacation voucher, and we went home. When we read the fine print, we learned the voucher was only good for lodging at their facilities. Then, we visited their website only to learn that anyone could get a "free vacation." We probably won't go.
