Beautiful, quiet home with stunning views. The hostess was amazing with her many varied interests and talents-especially her cooking/baking skills. The jams and jellies were all home-made and she even had her cookbook for sale. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice bathroom as well.
We would definitely stay there again!

The Majestic View B&B lives up to its name! The view is spectacular! But beyond that, the hospitality provided by Maria and her staff is exemplary. It is a beautifully decorated building with great landscaping. The final cherry on top are the fantastic breakfasts prepared by Maria. She goes out of her way to make gourmet breakfast items which are all described in a cookbook she has written. I highly recommend the Majestic View B&B to anyone visiting Homer.

Jen & I have stayed at Majestic View 6 times, w/the most-recent being 2016. We would have gone back again, but COVID intervened for our planned next-trip. In any case, all of you folks who want to stay there.....GO !! Maria is an awesome host; her food is always excellent; the home is cozy, cool, neat, and a great place to stay !! And the view? Well....it is called "MAJESTIC VIEW". If we get a chance, WE WILL BE BACK !!

From the moment Maria greeted us at the front door, we knew we were in a special place. The view from the common area - living room/ dining room was breathtaking. A beautiful view of the Homer Spit far below and a peaceful view of the yard outside the door. We stayed in the Bears Den on the lower level which looked out over the backyard. Maria prepared a multi-course breakfast each day with fresh baked goods, eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, fruit, yogurt. Her homemade syrups and jellies were to die for! We love dogs and playing with her 3 adorable and very well-behaved pups - Blue, Sophie and Sadie - made our days. |It was just a short 10 min. drive to the downtown restaurants and shops and 15 mins. to the spit to explore the beautiful area of restaurants, shops, and sea wildlife. |We will definitely be back!

Our hosts went out of their way to provide us with a great experience! The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, our wildlife boat ride and hike was interesting, and the views incredible! Definitely would book again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Majestic View Bed & Breakfast. Our very comfortable room and large en suite bathroom had a fabulous balcony view of Homer, Kachemak Bay, the Spit, and the mountains beyond. Everything was clean and neat and breakfast each day was a treat, with many delicious choices. On our first morning, there was a moose with her calf right outside our window. Maria and her staff were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Every time we stay at Marias she makes us feel like family!! From the home cooked breakfasts to the comfy beds its a home away from home!
And lots of ideas on what is new and fun to do in Homer while the guys are out fishing!
And the views are stunning!!!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Majestic View Bed & Breakfast. We enjoyed a large, clean, comfortable room and bath with terrific views. We watched a moose and calf from our balcony. Maria and her staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast each morning was above and beyond. This is a great place to stay in Homer!
