Long time staple of Morgantown! Large menu and daily specials along with happy hour specials. Food is always good and a lot to choose from including dessert. Service is always friendly and the atmosphere has a nice laidback vibe.

Great atmosphere for a college town restaurant. Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich which was phenomenal. Might be the best I’ve had outside of Nashville! Staff was all very friendly and attentive to my table. Will definitely be coming back here before basketball or football games as the location is perfect for both stadiums.

Food was good.... waitress never refilled drinks.....so service was sub par....had the combination appetizer it was very good. Ordered two steak sandwiches they were ok ...and chili with grilled cheese. It was very good..however noticed on bill we were charged $2.00 more then the menu for it. So watch your bill when it comes.

Decided to stop in and give this place another chance. I’ve been in Morgantown nearly a decade now and very rarely do I ever get food from here. Today I got nachos and a cheese steak. Cheese steak was decent but the nachos were crazy. I don’t know who created those but the recipe needs to be changed.

Overall I’ve never had a super great experience here or left feeling good. The food is sub par and never meets high expectations. So don’t have any. The service is pretty good, just not the food. Don’t be fooled by the smash burger menu either. It’s not a real smash burger and it’s super dry.

As a former student and current resident of Morgantown I wouldn’t recommend the Beanery for casual dining. If you’re looking to grab a drink then sure.

It’s about what you would expect from a college town.

Great atmosphere, service and food! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it is now my go to spot in Morgantown. The food was so good that I asked to speak to the chef, I think his name was Payne, overall a 10/10 experience!

Didn't enjoy this place at all. The strawberry margaritas was mostly cheap syrup and almost no alcohol. The waiters were okay at best but the food was absolutely horrible. The steak had no flavor to it and the loaded baked potato was abysmal and so underwhelming. I also tried the fish sandwich and appetizer tray with wings, onion rings, cc
Cheese sticks and potato skins. The only thing Iiked was the one ion rings out of the whole meal. I ended up leaving most of the food on the plate and wasn't offered anything to offset the horrible experience. So after spending close to $100 here, I know I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone at all. Sheesh, what a waste.

The servicer was very attentive. I had a steak salad, no complaints, they made their own curly fires and ranch dressing. The piece of steak had good flavor and was cooked as requested. I was surprised how fresh the bread stick was, very good flavor and taste. If I go back I'd like to try their burgers, but I was happy with my choice.

The Boston Beanery has become absolute must visit every time I’m back in Morgantown. It is the perfect atmosphere to watch the Mountaineers and catch up with old friends over food and drink. Already looking forward to my next visit!
