We decided to honeymoon here after watching an episode of Hotel Hell (knowing Gordon Ramsay shows are drastically exaggerated). This was the cutest, most charming inn ever! Our room was very cozy and comfortable and the common areas were as well. The inn is really beautiful and historic. Everyone on staff was so nice and Karan, the owner, was very sweet and nice to talk to. We found a nice basket to use at home and a mug that went with our honeymoon theme getaway in the inn’s shop! The town is also very beautiful and fun to explore! We had fun walking around to all the shops and restaurants, which are all right there. We will definitely be back in the summer and have decided it will be our anniversary getaway spot ♥️

I half expected Frodo Baggins himself to be in the Inn! Felt like something out of The Hobbit! Very charming, quaint inn, for anyone who wants an experience of staying in such a place, this is fantastic. One of a kind. If you have to have all the features and usual layout of a modern chain hotel, then this is not for you. Great communication on check in and check out. Friendly staff. Great location!

I rode the Amtrak to the old Baltimore & Ohio station and walked up High Street to the Town's Inn, soaking up the historic ambiance that permeates Harpers Ferry, West Virginia along the way.||At the Inn, I picked up my guest envelope and met my host, Karan. I was quickly familiarized with the laid-back charm that I was to enjoy over the next several days. ||I lodged in their Appalachian Room, located in the former home of the Towne family built in 1840. The updated rustic charm is comfortable and relaxing. However, be aware as there are stairs everywhere. These ancestors were hardy folks.||Located next door is their other house, circa 1820. Here, you may prepare your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They provide foodstuffs, and they do the dishes. You just record what you use and pay when you check out.||Questions? No problem. Karan and her staff are ready to help. I found my way around the cafe with Tonya's help before venturing out to explore the history of Harpers Ferry. ||I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel was featured on Hotel Hell, and I visited Harper’s Ferry just to see the hotel.

The experience was great. The staff were helpful and professional, and the rooms were decent. The location is also perfect for visiting nearby restaurants and historical sites.

The hotel is very quirky—and I love it. There was over a dozen hand-woven baskets in my room. There are Rush Limbaugh tapes and pro-Trump books on display. It has a strange charm to it and I strongly recommend anyone try it out just for the experience.

Definitely the most memorable and unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at—and my favorite by far!

So no green meat but me and my wife stayed there before and what baffles me is you state from other reviews you never served green meat but yet on Gordon Ramsay Hotel He’ll episode you was busted for selling green meat and much much more you should watch that episode again and you need to listen what Ramsay is trying to tell you. Yes you’re 74 I’m happy you enjoy your life but for customers sake please improve others stay and food menu with fresh food not old food freezer thawed or green meat. God bless many years to come.

We stayed here for one night and had a great time! The location is very walkable and parking isn’t far (train station). Karen was very helpful and attentive, calling us beforehand to make sure we knew where to park, how to get into our room, and to make sure we didn’t have any questions. As some had said, the walls are very thin and it is not very quiet at night, but it is a historic building so it is to be expected and we were not upset by a little noise. We were upgraded to the Potomac Room for free, and the room was very nice! Plenty of space and a heater was provided to keep the room toasty. The private bathroom was also very tidy, and plenty of room for the two of us. We did not purchase any food or things from the shop, although they did have plenty available. Overall we had a great experience!

Staying at The Inn was an experience i will never forget! My best friend and I wanted a quick weekend getaway to explore and enjoy nature. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by how quaint, adorable, comfy, and special our room was. It was in the perfect location to explore downtown and get to Maryland Heights Trailhead. I was anxious about Parking but Karan and her staff helped us feel comfortable and ensured we would be taken care of once we got there. The room was very clean, even as a dog friendly room. We could not have asked for a better experience and will be back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

It was our first time to Harpers ferry, and we had a wonderful time at the Town Inn. The location was perfect and our room felt totally unique like you would want it to be ..if you were staying in a historic mountain town. There is a kitchen for common use in the café area. It’s charming, and I made eggs and toast for us for breakfast each day.
