Hotel is old but employees are very kind and rooms are clean. A little louder at night than I like but I felt safe and treated well. The only negative is they advertise having breakfast. We were there in early February 2025 and no breakfast. I was told that they will start doing breakfast beginning of Summer. They should change that info. It was why we chose them, then were disappointed not to have it or anything offered in it's place. That's just wrong. Price was based on an included breakfast that wasn't provided.

Excellent price/quality hotel, probably one of the best deals in the Seattle area (between 35 to 60 minutes to Space Needle). Enough parking, with plenty of lights for in the dark. Clean, safe and comfortable. Good enough sized room, good bedding, good shower water pressure. Nice staff. Simple breakfast with good English muffins, and some kind of frozen hamburger sandwich. Coffee okay enough. The place does more feel like a 3 to 4 star hotel then a simple suburban motel as it's pricing suggests. Absolutely recommended.

Hidden Hospitality Gem in the Seattle area. Having been impacted by the latest cyclone bomb and being without elect. power for 2 days, I finally decided to book a local Hotel in a non-affected area. The best decision ever in this Stormageddon, should've done it even earlier. This is a little Hotel that packs a big punch! The place is clinically clean, and has all the amenities one may need, all for more than a reasonable price. The Value for money actually beats anything in the wider PNW area, by a mile. Rooms have everything one may need, including microwave and mini fridge, should you need one. All staff members that support this operation are very helpful, polite, and accommodating. If you are planning to work from here, the wi-fi is reliable and super-fast, as advertised. Although in the vicinity of a local highway, the noise does not get into the rooms and enables good sleep through the night. Plenty of free well-lit, secure parking available. Location is perfect as you are close to a variety of restaurants and 2 main highways. Highly recommended 👌!

This was the most reasonable place close to Seattle. One worries about the cleanliness of places that are inexpensive and the service less than desirable. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was very pleasant, checking in and out! The room was spotless, and there was no decernable odor. The breakfast was simple, yogurt, toast, microwave breakfast sandwich, cereal, juice, and milk, nothing to write home about, but worth the price of the hotel! We highly recommend it if you are on a budget!!

I stayed there for two nights in the excellent room and friendly staff.
Booked for another four nights after a short break, got a room with a crack in the bath tub, and several large darker areas in the bathtub, like it was painted.
When I asked to move me to another room, the man at the reception got irritated and said "I can't move you to another room because the bath tub has cracks!"
I asked if there is another room available, he said no, I asked if another room would be available next day, his answer was to ask people who come to work in the morning.
He had a happy life doing laundry and reading a book, and I dared to annoy him with a refusal to stay in a room with nasty cracked bath tub.
I requested refund, he issued the refund, and I left. It was Sunday night, and I found a good hotel with a functional bath tub nearby.
I do have pics of the bath tub but need to find them.
I recall it was room 214.

Room was a great value, especially compared to all the other accommodations we looked at for the Wed leading into Labor day weekend. We checked in at around midnight so needed to give the hotel a heads up. We were able to quickly check in after normal hours and park for free (and it felt safe and well lit). The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and nice. The room itself was clean and had a mini fridge, small desk, and microwave. Water pressure was nice and it got very hot and the A/C was able to be brought down to 54 degrees! The only complaint was that they should consider replacing the beds as they are caving in the middle.

i stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it was great. i like the queen bed size and i slept very well on it. the locations was great. within walking distance of stores and the bus line is right out front. the staff were very nice and respectful during my stay. huge thumbs up for great customer service. thanks again for the wonderful stay and i plan on returning.

Loved this cheap, locally owned hotel for visiting Seattle on a budget. Just a 30 minute drive from downtown, this quaint hotel provided everything we needed for our trip. We were greeted by friendly staff, who even provided us with a phone charger upon request. Our room was clean with plenty of space for our luggage and a fridge and microwave. We took advantage of the grab-and-go breakfast counter (cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, toast) in the lobby both mornings. Lynwood seemed like a safe, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!
