Travel Agent Suz is your girl for all your travel needs! She planned a couples trip to Miami, a solo trip through Hawaii, and my Europe backpacking trip! She also just saved my life last minute and helped plan a Jamaican trip that I leave for in a week! I am absolutely thrilled with her attention to detail and the fact that she takes all the thinking out for you. Travel Agents are important, especially when you like to travel alone. All the logistics- she figures out, any obstacles- she figures out! Plus she's a hoot to talk to and has become a good friend through the years. We share a love for travel and she is sure to give you that spark you need to get moving and see the world!!!! 5 stars to Travel Agent Suz!!

Travel Agent Suz and her team made being a guest to a destination wedding SO smooth and stress-free.

I have never been out of the country except via a cruise, so knowing that the details of what was needed for my travel, task deadlines, and transport to/from airport were already coordinated was SO helpful.

Suz was so prompt during our many communications and I can only imagine the stress she alleviated from the bride, too.

First off after reading all of these reviews Suz clearly takes no accountability for any of the stress and wrongdoing she causes to her clients. Instead of putting her clients at ease, which is the purpose of a travel agent, she makes the travel process a nightmare. We recently had to use her for one of my best friends wedding, and the majority of us had an issue with her “business” tactics. To highlight one of the many issues she had my card on file for six months and then decided it was appropriate to give me a four hour window to resolve issues with my bank before she cancelled my reservation. Granted, this was a personal email on a work day so why is she giving me four hours to address an issue when she had my card on file for six months. When you try to call her to fix a problem she talks over you and takes absolutely no accountability! Save yourself the hassle and book on your own!

We've been working with Suz since Dec 2022. She was highly recommended on the Facebook destination bride groups so I reached out to her via FB Messenger and she responded to me immediately!! I had been so lost trying to research different resorts for our destination wedding and after watching Suz for months respond with incredibly helpful, transparent information to the brides (that she wasn't even working with! just out of her own kindness and desire to help), I decided to reach out to her with some questions about a property I had been researching. Suz setup time with me within a few days to chat through my budget and vision and came back to me with incredible options. She helped me narrow down our choices to 3 locations and coordinated our entire site visit to Mexico in March 2023, along with the transportation between each property and the airport. Before we left for our trip, she provided us with a travel guide and detailed instructions on how to find our transportation at the airport. Upon arrival at CUN, we found our transportation within 5 minutes and only had to wait for about 10 minutes before being directed to our vehicle. Suz also gives you the cutest welcome bag with snacks which are such a nice extra touch! Suz texted us as soon as we got into the vehicle and said “Have a great time!!” It was so nice to know she was getting notifications (and following along!) to make sure we arrived at our next stop safely! Fast forward, she guided us through how to put the deposit down on the resort (one of the 3 that she recommended to us!) and helped us secure our room block. I was scouring pricing for weeks while the room block contract was being finalized and Suz was SO patient with my million questions and continuously helped us negotiate rates down. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Suz asking her for advice and tips about the process and she is always knowledgeable and patient. I’m a TYPE A bride – so I know it’s A LOT. She is always quick to jump on the phone and respond via text, Whatsapp or FB Messenger whenever I need her help. Our wedding is in May 2024 and I feel like we are in great hands! She also just helped us book our honeymoon resort as well!! Sent me tons of recommendations and helped us secure a great rate. If you want someone who’s worked in this industry for years who will be transparent with you and provide you with TONS of helpful info, I highly recommend setting up a meeting with her to see if her team is a fit for you! WE LOVE YOU, SUZ!

Absolutely love Suz she's very attenuative and always answers me when I'm bugging her with my nervous wedding questions. She helped me select my destination wedding venue and has been amazing to work with. Qawana Butler who has taken over my wedding party and is an assistant to Suz has been absolutely wonderful to work with as well, anytime I email her she responds within 24 hours and has made it so easy for my group to book their travel with. Thank you ladies for all you have done for me I cant wait for my big day in November!

Suz is amazing at what she does. She helped me in so many ways during my wedding planning. My destination wedding turned into a destination elopement due to COVID. Suz was there every step of the way, helping me figure out what needed to be done to get me married. She handled many phone calls with the resort, contracts, vendors, etc. I could not have done it without her. She is very personable, patient, and professional. Suz has an excellent response time which is crucial with wedding planning. I can't thank her enough and would definitely recommend her for any travel needs.
