My kids and I always love visiting this rest area. The decorations are always so cute. The person that works there, we have spoken to. These are from their personal collection. They just love seeing people happy. You think it looks cute at daylight ? Wait until you see it at night.

Fairly clean rest stop, lots of room to park for both trucks and cars, plentiful space to stretch your legs.
There's a few tables and areas to enjoy a meal and get away from the car.
Vending machines were all operable, a decent amount of traffic, so a fair number of visitors, but it didn't seem overwhelming.
Nothing spectacular that stood out but nothing underwhelming, either.
Typical but useful rest area that's worth a stop if necessary.

Nice rest area, always clean, plenty of soap and paper towels. Trash is always empty. The travelers need to abide by the smoking guidelines and it would be appreciated if ALL travelers used the toilets/urinals instead of urinating beside buildings and in the dog walk areas - a witnessed even that was not appreciated.

Although it was fairly clean, on account of all of the hooks being broken, I had nowhere to hang my purse. So I had to hold it when I wanted two hands.

The automatic sink started going before I got to it. Then, it stopped working before I had all the suds off my hands. A timer? Pretty poor thinking.

The paper towel machine was the only one that wasn’t automated and touchless. So my clean hands have to touch a dirty handle.

My phone didn’t get good service, so I struggled to search Google Maps, even to make this review.

My trip through WV has been riddled with mediocre rest area experiences, and this final stop was no exception.
