This is a standard cheap hotel. Rooms were relatively clean, though there was heavy soap scum residue in the shower. Several things were broken. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Nor did the refrigerator in my room. The HVAC was very loud, but effective. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was incredibly quiet. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot during my entire stay, so that might be the reason why it was so quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's about what you should expect for like $60/night.

I'd give it 4.5 stars. Walked in and nobody was at the front desk. There was 2 numbers listed on the sliding doors to call, so I called one, let it ring, nobody picked up. Eventually a guy who either just got out of the shower or woke up in a cold sweat came out and checked me in. Room was very nice. Good sized room, very clean and comfy. HUGE bathroom with a nice stand up shower with a lot of room, nice water pressure, hot water. Bed & pillows were fantastic! I slept better than I did at home. WiFi was decent. Speeds were only around 10mbps down 6up and I had to reauthenticate daily. TV worked well, plenty of channels, with a mini fridge (no freezer). My room was facing the highway but I never heard it. Only odd thing was I kept hearing a doorbell near my room daily. Plenty of parking and next to a Tim Hortons! Rarely if ever did I ever see anyone at the front desk though. But overall, it was a really nice hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel is clean, the clerks are helpful and professional, and it ended up being a good place to stay the night. Breakfast was decent, even.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked, and I wish we'd had a tub instead of the walk in shower, but the room was clean, the HVAC kept the temp just right, and the fridge and microwave worked.

Fair warning: thin walls. We could hear noise from rooms away.

Positive: Comfortable beds. Negative: The staff was very rude. We ran out of toilet paper and towels. Had to get them ourselves. Breakfast was over at 9:00 even though the sign on the wall clearly states breakfast is over at 9:30. We got cold leftovers that we were told we could heat up.

It's a clean hotel but the tv in my room had broken HDMI's so I needed to change rooms. Room smelled of Body Odor really bad so I febreezed everything. Shower was ok, not alot of pressure and the breakfast wasn't that great.

Morning staff was definitely rude. While taking breakfast to my room a lady told me in a disrespectful way not to drop anything like I was a child. I gave her the disrespect right back and that's probably why it took so long to get my deposit back. Other than that, nice room. I will never go back though

Staff was very rude. We booked a room for, four people and was only give two towels when I requested more towels I was meet with a rude tone and told I would get more towels tomorrow (which we never got) then shut the door on me and left. Breakfast was a joke unless you love nothing but toasted

I got the room for my brother and sister in law the owner refused to give them the keys because I had it in my name under my friends and family rate but noted they would staying on that reservation him and his wife are rude and have very horrible customer service skills he hung up the phone on me and wouldn’t answer the phone after that needless to say I canceled the reservations and will never try and make one ever again cause the first time I tried a month ago he wouldn’t rent because I wasn’t in town to get the keys before my brother got into town to visit family said I had to do friends and family couldn’t do employee even though I was staying just wasn’t in town yet. Do yourself a favor don’t even make a reservation
