Our child forgot her stuffed animal she has had for years. Staff found and shipped it to us! They were so kind throughout the process!

My kids and I have stayed at this hotel on at least 3 separate occasions. Rooms are always clean, free breakfast is one of the better ones we have experienced among several different hotel stays, the indoor pool is small but clean, the location of the hotel is very convenient (close to several restaurants, stores and even a children's museum). As for parking, there is a parking lot behind the hotel and one across the street. We will continue to stay here when we visit Parkersburg.

My wife and I stay here every time we visit and it's always excellent. We come to visit family regularly and can always rely on a nice place to stay here. Even when we have our dog with us. There's a solid little fitness room, excellent free breakfast options and coffee and we so appreciate the quality service. 💯 Would recommend.

This place was perfect. The room was a king size bed with spacious bathroom. The room had a two burner stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes. Laundry room, exercise room and pool was available. We will definitely stay again and the price was perfect for the amenities.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to downtown and this is why we picked to stay here, and also we are Marriott Members. The check In staff was polite and nice. We were on the 4th floor and our room smelled really strong of vinegar. It was not the cleanest marriott we have stayed in, the appliances were all smeared and gross looking, the tile floor had dirt all pushed against the baseboard, baseboards were all damaged and there was mold like substance in the shower. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has free breakfast which is your typical terrible hotel breakfast. There aren't alot of options in parkersburg to stay and this location is convenient, just not the cleanest Marriott I have stayed in

This is a solid hotel with great, friendly staff. All the rooms have kitchenettes, beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spotless.
Built in the early 69’s as the Uptowner Inn. It was closed/abandoned in the late 80’s. The current owners gutted the building and tastefully rebuilt the hotel in (I think) 2017.
I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

The room was in great shape and clean. This was the only hotel of 14 stays over the last 42 days that actually added extra towels and pillows requested in my profile. The general area was a little sketchy, though hotel employed external security to address.
