It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at because of the people who work there. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Especially the young man at the front desk and the manager. This will be where we take our family every time we are ready for our weekend getaway. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

I stayed in Parkersburg to attend a baby shower for my friend. I love my stay, the room was clean and the service was excellent especially when I had my breakfast. I had an early breakfast and was greeted by Nina who worked in the breakfast area and was very accommodating and helpful. She was also very friendly and very vibrant. It made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience. Used the app to check in 24 hours ahead of my reservation. We were coming in late and I wanted to be sure we were all set. I was able to request my electronic key and pick my room from the app. I hate being near the traffic pattern of the elevator so chose the furthest away and on the floor I wanted. It gave the option of upgrading my room at that point for a nominal fee as well. We got in late, were able to access the hotel and our room with the electronic key and go directly to our room, but noticed how clean and bright the newly remodeled lobby was. Very welcoming. The room itself was perfect. Clean and quiet. Possibly the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and due to picking the location, there were no unexpected loud noises from hallway traffic. We almost didn’t choose this hotel because it said it was under renovation. You never know what that means. I see why it has 5 stars. My husband enjoyed breakfast in the morning and said there was a lot to choose from in the buffet. When leaving, the e-checkout was not working and the app requested a stop at the desk. Both people working were very, very friendly and had me smiling on my way out. Overall, possibly the best hotel experience we’ve had.

Great location. Easy to get to all sites in Parkersburg and Vienna. Better than average Hampton Breakfast. Love the afternoon cookies. Very friendly front desk staff. Would def stay there again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks an let me tell you the most friendly people work here. Roxanne April and Christina to name a few made you feel like family. The housekeepers same way. They greeted you every morning with a hello how are you and a friendly smile. This is why I love to stay here. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you guys for making my stay so wonderful

The service was great. Very friendly. The room is ok, some minor things like the shower head pulled away from the wall. The room was clean and comfortable. One side of the hotel faces a very large cemetery, which may not be the best for some people. Breakfast was good and they made fresh cookies! 🍪

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for a quick trip to Parkersburg. The front desk staff were memorably, welcoming and efficient. The hotel provided a quiet place to lay my head, and the amenities were in the room were perfect for my work trip. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was above expectation for a hotel in this price range. From the fluffy, scrambled eggs, the chicken sausage, to the lemon, flavored waffles, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay if I could, I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great amenities. The 24 hour pool and hot tub as well as the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Denise at the front desk was both friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We visit Parkersburg often, and we have definitely found our home away from home.
