I got a couple hazy IPAs and 6 wings.
Wings were cooked perfect, I got them with hot honey. The honey was warm but I wouldn’t say it was hot🤣🤣

My buddy got a smash burger and said it was excellent. I’d definitely come back again.

Food took forever, apparently the ticket got lost or something, but others seemed to get their food fast and once they figured it out, we got our food quick. Main food tasted ok, but nothing too special. The carrot cake - i wouldn't call carrot... more like a pineapple applesauce cake with a smattering of carrots. It was kind of playdoh like. Beignets were raw, and not beignets- more like weird dough balls. Waiter was nice and did a decent job and obviously felt bad for the problems. It's back a long hall in the back of a hotel, so it's a little odd to get to.

This was our first time visiting the Rumsey Tavern. It's part of a former hotel and soon to be apartments. They are currently going through the conversion process. Getting to the tavern is rather odd, you have to walk down a hall and around a corner. Once inside, it's inviting and comfortable. TVs are mounted around the room showing sports. Shepherd University sports memorabilia decorate the walls. Everything was clean and service was responsive.

The food was pretty good and prices were reasonable. The Hangover Burger was delicious. A good size, with fries as the side. The shrimp po'boy was decent, but definitely could have used more sauce. They also have a wide variety of alcoholic mixed drinks and beers on tap.

We'll definitely be back because their menu is rather extensive.

I had been seeing a lot of their ads on fb, so I went. The prime rib was perfectly cooked, and I loved the crab dip and the Cajun shrimp pasta to die for.
My son ate 2 hangover burgers, which were cooked a perfect medium.
Great experience for my family.

We went for my husband’s birthday celebration. The staff was really very nice. We started with the nachos , which I wouldn’t order again. Very bland . I asked for taco sauce or salsa just give it some flavor , we ended up getting very hot - hot sauce , i thought it was taco sauce & didn’t realize it was the hot sauce . I poured it on the nachos and it literally ruined the nachos further . We couldn’t eat them at all. ( I didn’t want to make a big deal , i did tell our server . I do feel they should’ve been removed from our bill)
The main entrees were awesome. I got the chicken pimento which was cooked perfectly and just really delicious! My husband got the fish & chips / huge serving and delicious, our son ordered the eggplant Parmesan , great presentation and excellent. All our entrees were served with a side salad that very good too.
We didn’t try dessert but they have a wonderful selection of options.
The inside is nicely set up and they also have a nice outdoor patio.
I recommend going for lunch or dinner. Great addition the panhandle for great food & service.

Whew goodness. $34 for a burger and a CHICKEN po boy. Placed order sight unseen and ended up seeing it was in a hotel. Friday night. Empty parking lot...should've turned around then. It seemed immediately evident that this was a restaurant hoping to scam people because there is nowhere else to go. I could go into quality heavily however I think it's more important to touch on value. Burger was nothing to comment on (other than quality or lack thereof) and the po boy was disgraceful. The amount of chicken was less than a 4 piece at McD. Sauce was nonexistent in flavor and I was left over with more than half the bread roll I received. It was literally one whole breast cut into 2 pieces which was then kinda grilled and you receive one half of that. I paid almost 20 dollars for half a chicken breast, old obviously wilted lettuce, a over sized grilled bread roll and some weird excuse for the sauce. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else that's not in this town.

My son takes basketball lessons right around the corner and notice this place so figured we would try it out and I'm extremely glad we did. The service was incredible and the food was out of this world. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

The food was SO good. Getting to the restaurant was a little strange to figure out but it was absolutely worth it. The poutine, fried chicken po'boy and crispy brussel sprouts were delicious. The portion sizes were way bigger than I thought they'd be and the fries that came with them were super crispy. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself it's very cozy. Eric was the absolute best. He was super friendly and very quick with everything.
