Ordered pickup just after lunch from their online menu. When I arrived to pickup, I was a bit surprised that not one patron was there. I have worked in pizza joints when I was younger and I know when not busy it only takes 10-15 minutes to make and bake a pizza so when I was told 25 minutes I was suspicious and went in at 20 minutes. I was surprised when asked to pay $5 more than what was listed online. When I pointed that out to the young lady she kept referring to the printed menu for pricing. When I again tried to explain that was not the price listed online the young lady just ignored what I was trying to explain not even acknowledging the price discrepancy. I may have been willing to pay the extra if she would have acknowledged that the online price was a mistake but she kept insisting I was wrong. So I left without the pizza. They should correct the online pricing and or train their staff on how to acknowledge and explain the situation. Not just ignore it. And probably a good idea to give the total when the phone order is placed to avoid the issue altogether. Unless their business model is a bait and switch. Which is also a reckless practice. Best of luck to the business but based on previous reviews I'd be shocked it lasts very much longer.

Well the flavor is there but toppings aren't supposed to fall off the pizza when you eat it there cutting it to soon because the cheese melts back together and you have to re cut it plus it's to floppy

This is hands down best Pizza in the surrounding area. I am used to NY and NJ pizza and this is the closest so far. We have dined in and the salad is always crisp and fresh. The place is clean. The atmosphere usually quiet and decor is sparce. However, the service is prompt and to the point. Also best NY style cheesecake.

Kings pizza is the best pizza in a 30 mile radius. I’m talking Elkins/Buckhannon/Fairmont!! If you want to try the best New York style pizza in this area, try Kings!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! I’m from the north east and I know what I’m talking about! And the service is great as well. Thanks Kings! 🥰

Ordered take out and my fettuccine was chicken instead of shrimp. She said I ordered chicken. Said I would have to pay extra for my ranch with my breaded mushrooms. (No problem). My 2 salads n dressing were missing with my meals. When I called back they said they were in the box and hung up on me. I called back and the phone rang. Called back again and they said come get them. When I looked in the bag there was no dressing. She very rudely said I personally put them in the box. I told her I wasn't going to argue about it and wouldn't buy there again. Spending nearly $70.00 do you think I'm going to rip them off for 2 dressing packets

Absolutely amazing food. We ordered NY style pizza and it taste just like back home in NY. VERY kind and polite front staff. Very cozy vibe for dine in. We Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend you give it a try if you haven't already.
To add: beautiful art work to look at while you dine in or wait for your order.

Got 3 big pizzas which they stacked on top on eachother while waiting and half the cheese from the middle one bonded with the cardboard. I called and told them and was told the pizzas were to heavy to be stacked and i said why didnt you not stack them and she said shed tell them next time. She didnt care at all. Coulda atleast offered me a drink to wash down my 2.50 extra cardboard cheese. They also did not open the steam vent holes in the pizza box which made the steam soften and weaken the cardboard causing it to fuse the the cheese, could have been fixed with that one simple actiom
