We've worked with Dave at Travel Leaders twice and had phenomenal experiences both times. He's organized, responsive, efficient and he's a true travel expert. I appreciate that I can give him a general outline of the vacation I'm imagining and he makes thoughtful recommendations that are right on point. Booking travel online is really accessible these days, but also comes with a lot of risks. I will continue to use Travel Leaders because they always find the most competitive pricing and I know they'll be there to address all of my questions & concerns.

My mom and her friends were suppose to leave today with Washburn University through this travel agent, David. It was big failure and total let down. Supposedly the plane was over booked and was leaving an hour earlier. This was a group tour neither Dave or the Washburn tour group leader assisted in making sure all travelers where aware of the change or able to make their connecting flight to the cruise ship. The bus that brought them to the airport had left. Dave got on the plane leaving them stranded at the airport. Dave instructed the 6 travelers to contact the Princess Cruise line to get a refund for this trip. My mother has been on many tour vacation and has never been treated so poorly. David was very unprofessional taking care of himself first and leaving paying customers of 75 years of age plus stranded at the airport dealing with all the logistics. These ladies had been planning this trip for months and Lawrence Travel Company and David crushed these travelers dream vacation with no care or concern about their well being. Total despicable behavior… I wonder if David treats his mother this way.

My wife and I seldom use travel agents, but in this case we were planning a rather extensive family trip and we wanted to be sure we were getting everything set up correctly. Our experience with Travel Leaders has been excellent. Dave gave us more information and tips on places to stay and things to do then we could have imagined. He was extremely helpful and contacted us via email and phone several times during the process of getting reservations set up. He never hesitated to answer a question or find out the answer to a question if it was one he did not already know. My wife and I would highly recommend him for any travel related plans where some expert advice and assistance is needed.
