This BW was super clean and had a great location for our needs. The room was spacious for three. We enjoyed the full breakfast that has so many options. The pancake maker was fun for the kids to watch. Something for everyone. Restaurants nearby was a plus.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Coffee and water available 24/7. Front desk staff was pleasant at check in. Loved our view of ice rink from the room. A lot of free parking with easy access. It did take a long time to get hot water for sink or shower. The bathroom floor got wet as the shower has only half a door. Wallpaper coming off in bathroom on end of shower that gets wet. You can see where drawer handles were removed, maybe a little paint touch up. Loved there as a big chair in the room. Breakfast was ok. Wish there had been oatmeal and muffins. |Over all a good stay and will stay here next time

Very nice place with wonderful staff. The pool was lovely. There is a fire-pit area with seating as well as gas grills to cook on. The break was good also. Sadly I forgot my swim suit 🤷‍♀️

This Hotel is very accommodating. The staff is very friendly. This hotel is within walking distance to really good restaurants . The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great with a large variety of food to choose from. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.

Really nice hotel. My only complaint was that there was a group of folks using the pool for physical therapy, my kids were being told to not splash and stay away. I feel like if the pool is dual purposes they should communicate that to the hotel visitors. The pool was important for our visit with kids.

A lovely room with a comfortable bed and a cozy chair and ottoman. Four hours of available breakfast and absolutely friendly and professional staff... from reception to housekeeping to breakfast service. Would 100% stay here again. Also, very convenient location

A stay here is just full of nice surprises. Things are consistently better than what you expect. Coffee in the lobby is always available. Staff always friendly. Refrigerator in room is ample and cold. Facility overall seems almost hospital clean. ||Probably the nicest Best Western I've ever visited.

Stayed here when visiting the nutcracker village. Was surprised to see a ice skating rink which we enjoyed. the Christianity christmas decor was a nice surprise as well(Don't see that much) . We loved the coffee machine with different lattes and cappuccinos, even hot chocolate. The wireless phone charger was also a nice touch in the room. The room was overall clean. Clean sheets, and clean bathroom. There were some areas that could use a detail clean. High dusting and the bathroom vent need some attention. (I'm a Executive housekeeper so I notice those things) Overall I was pleased with the cleanliness of room and public areas.
