The people that run this are complete frauds. I paid over $900 to stay for a month. 2 weeks into my stay there was a sewage problem and the owner tried to blame it on me and said that he would kick me out if I did not pay half of the plumbers bill. So let's just say I did not pay the half. This place is a joke all they will do is extort you for money. I highly do not recommend staying at this piece of crap property

You are the only one that said that I caused damage to the room the sewage was acting weird when we got in the room. it just progressively got worse you shouldn't have to get your customers to pay your plumbing bill. I paid you for a month's rent and you kicked me out in 2 weeks because you said that I damaged and already damaged sewage system. I am a 45-year-old man I do not use baby wipes. No one begged to stay. And I have no idea what you're talking about with the 3:00 business. And for you to call me a liar that's another thing I have not lied about anything to you all. You just can't accept the fact that you run a fraudulent business and someone has called you out on it. But the better Business bureau already knows so have fun dealing with that

I paid $150 for 12 HOURS! 12 HOURS, to get a knock on the door at 12 to leave! All because we didn’t have a hood on our car, we left to go get something to eat and to see if we could find a hood. Tried to get our refund, cause we couldn’t find a hood and the hotel management told Booking I checked out! When clearly I still have the key and never told them I was leaving! They even went in OUR ROOM after we left! No where in the policy did it say “can’t stay if you have no hood on your car”

They do not have WiFi as they say, they do not do daily housecleaning. Only checked out rooms get house cleaning. I took my own trash out and had to ask for towels continually. I requested a partial refund for services not rendered and did not get that. They suck I was just taken over by a new owner and they do not know what they are doing. They should have had everything lined out before taking on customers. Also the only thing they could accept was cash. No credit/debit card ability. My advice is to stay away from them. If you want a hotel with comparable pricing try Motel M a little further down the road.

BEWARE! This is a purely fraudulent motel. I recommend no one stay here. The state should shut this place down. I travel for a living so I stay in hotels most of the year. I booked this place for several days last year they charged me over $1,300 which would have been normal during a state fair. Upon arriving the room was absolutely disgusting you could not breathe through the bleach and mold. The air conditioner had a lake below it and my feet splashed walking in, upon other things. So i attempted to get my money back immediately, the manager Jennifer did not seem in her right mind and you could not have a real conversation with her. SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND STATED "HAHA I ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE IT BACK." So I took the loss and went to the fairfield inn. THE FAIRFIELD INN CHARGED ME LESS. My bank was recently able to fully retrieve my money thankfully. I don't normally do this but BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I used a discount site to reserve the room and it worked out fine. The check-in was easy and the room access was great. The room was big enough, the bed comfortable, there was, wifi, cable and they had coffee in the room. I'd stay there because again cost was that real.

After driving for 24 hours we stopped to see about 2 rooms. The woman at the front desk originally was going to charge us 100 for one room 120 for another and then said no no 140 for both rooms as I handed her my card. I said no you told me 100 for one 120 for the other and then she says I can do 130 each room. I asked for my card back and she said no you get the rooms I said no absolutely not want the rooms because I don't know how much you're actually going to charge me. After 10 minutes she finally gave me my card back so we could find a place to stay. Never ever again will we use any relax inn or anything associated with that company

don’t waste your money. the front desk smelled disgusting, the manager was rude and didn’t have shoes on. the room smelled funky there were stains in the carpet shower was molded the refrigerator was being leveled with a piece of styrofoam. the microwave looked like it was never cleaned. you get charged 5% for using a card. lighting sucked and it’s not worth the money.
