A wonderful stay for my wife, two dogs, and I! The young man that checked us in late at night was very polite and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part of it all was the wonderful continental breakfast that had vast options of food and was very sanitary. Great experience! Highly recommend!

The room was nice and clean with a big comfy "Cleopatra" chair. But we stayed two nights and expected the beds to get made, maybe we didn't understand something. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool was wonderful perfect temp. Thank you!

A very nice place. Very clean and looked just remodeled but the worker said it wasn't remodeled but built in 2008. Breakfast was amazing and it's buffet style. They also have to-go containers if you can't stay for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were amazing.

The front desk was incredibly helpful in working with IHG rewards club. They were patient and professional with a little computer glitch with IHG rewards.

They made every effort to work through the situation.

On another note, the pool area is clean and the hot tube is very relaxing. So many hotels are getting rid of hot tubs. Thanks for keeping yours.

My husband and I have stayed multiple times in the past and have always enjoyed our rooms and the breakfast. The only negative part about living so close to a nice hotel is the local deposit of $250 to be able to access a room. I understand how it only takes a few bad people to ruin this for others. But, I wish there was a system that showed if you have stayed here before and have never had any bad circumstances that the deposit could be waived. We would actually stay more if it was not for that deposit. We love the hotel, the environment is nice, the pool and room has always been clean and relaxing. But, I didn't understand why my room rate was higher than the first night I stayed there. It's usually lower on weekdays especially during winter months. But my rate went higher and I am a member.

The whole room is comfortable and great to stay in the shower was spot on to relax the water temp was perfect. The breakfast had a great selection. I am glad that the staff was so helpful during this stay bc of this snow storm I couldn’t get back home and staying there was like staying at a second home.

I love staying at Holiday Inns. They are not cheap so I have to base my review around what I’m getting for the cost. The good-staff, very nice breakfast with solid options, and the small kitchen area in the room, comfortable bed. The bad-swimming pool and hot tub water looked green, this is terrible and easily fixed by using their pump and simply regularly using chlorine. What a waste. The ugly-stains on the shower curtain, around the toilet, and it doesn’t seem like like the furniture has ever been vacuumed in between the cushions. It was nasty. I still slept well and enjoyed the stay but better is expected for the cost.

Noticing the floors are dirtier each time we stay. This past visit there was lots of dirt, hair, and even dried up contacts on the bathroom floor. After getting out of the shower you could see the dirt mixing with the water on the floor and leaving footprints. The rest of the room was clean and tidy but the floors seem as if they only vacuum and not mop. We laid the towels over the tile for walking paths.
