My husband's job required us to go to Charleston for a few days, we wanted to stop in at Lewisburg to see some friends that just moved to the area before getting to our destination. We actually ended up getting lost with no signal on the way there but staff members were very polite and understanding, everything was clean and our sheets had that fresh Hampton Smell that I have grown to love! We had a great nap, nice breakfast in their beautiful sunny breakfast room and a nice workout in their heated pool followed by a spell in the jacuzzi a nice hot shower then got back on the road! A Fabulous experience! They really work hard here and it shows!

Tina at the front desk was amazing! So courteous and kind. She gave my family the absolute best customer service I've recived. Amazing time and amazing service i absolutely can't wait to come back with myself and my family. Love it love it love it

The first room we were in had a strong marijuana smell. Not great when you have kids. The second room was good though. No smell and it was clean. I don’t know why you would ever offer the first room without getting rid of the smell.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet considering they allow pets, which I am a big fan of.

The lobby staff would not come to the front until I called on the phone and explained my problem. I could hear them talking in the back as well. A small thing, but no complementary water offered as a gold member either.

Good amenities. Not so good service at front desk. The check-in and check-out front desk folks seemed bothered when we checked in and out. One of them was outside frequently in the evening. No acknowledgment of my Hilton Honors membership. ||The room overall was okay. It was around 90 degrees when I first entered the room and took several hours to cool down. It was clean. ||Hotel itself was clean and in a good area. Shoney’s and Ruby Tuesday are very close by. Walmart is a five minute drive. ||Would stay again but the front desk staff could use some customer service coaching.

It’s CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, has a working hot tub and pool. Breakfast is awesome and customer service was awesome! 👏 👏👏

We stayed here last night and it was one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at. Definitely the cleanest. The rooms were so clean the bed very comfortable. They had a lot of great features in the room like a pullout couch a desk, a tray table. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from very clean set up. The staff was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. The other great benefit it is in walking distance to several restaurants and the hotel next-door has a great bar call the Brier Patch. You could also walk to Ruby Tuesdays that has a bar as well. in addition, they have a hot tub and I pulled that was well taken care of and very clean. The rooms were also very quiet at night and we were on the first floor.
