Filthy, noisy, rude reception. You get a towel upon request and they refuse to give you another without turning the other one in. There were several live roaches. If you look in the windows on the back of the curtains, there are as many as 20 dead roaches suspended in cobwebs. It's more like a homeless shelter. There were people up all night making noise and working on cars In the parking lot. The toilet took 3 tries to flush a turd. It's the worst place I have ever stayed at. Trust me this is a place to stay away from.

horrible in every aspect!!! My husband and I were in a bad car wreck and wasn't able to check in until after 3 am. Checkout is apparently 10 am. Well when housekeeping woke us the entire floor including our belongings were soaking wet due to a faulty sink. I asked for late checkout due to the fact we live an hr away and I had to find someone to pick us up which was fine. Then I was told I wouldn't get my deposit back! I want a whole refund considering I didn't check in until after audit so I shouldnt even be required to check out until the following day not 7 hrs from check in AND my belongings were ruined due to their faulty equipment!

Holy crap, i was constantly terrified that we were going to be robbed or my car was going to be broken into.

The room was.. not clean, but we were there to sleep for the night and be on our way. Once we woke up, we left immediately. I did not feel safe and slept terribly.

They people at the property are very very nice and made sure the stay there was amazing and the room was clean and taken care of, we also had plenty of towel and wash cloths, they made sure to ask everyday if we needed anything as well as if we did need anything they have it to us with no problems and didn’t have to wait for the items either..while being at the property they were making upgrades to the property and they were doing an amazing job and making the place look better from inside and the outside the out side was clean as well and taken care of I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet way going place and not to be bothered this is where you want to stay and it comfortable..

My son and I were heading to Snowshoe for a 3 day snowboard trip and we decided to drive half way and spend the night before continuing on to the mountain.
First off I'd like Google to know that the reviews for this place are all bogus. There is no way in hell the M Motel is rated over 4 stars and I'll explain why.
Checking in at 11:30pm I see a sign on the door to call a local number for service. An automated service says to hold while they get a clerk. Red Flag #1. I speak with a gentleman of Indian descent and he instructs me to enter the lobby where there is a card swipe machine and room card programmer. He sees me through a wall mounted video camera and gives me instructions on how to swipe my credit card for a deposit and how to program my room key. I now realize that there is no one working on site. Red Flag#2.
I am told I'm on the second floor. No biggie but I thought to myself there are no cars in the lot so why not first floor? We walk up ice covered stairs that had an attempt of being salted. No bueno😠
Entering the room we are hit in the face with a very musty smell. The heat is on so we are thankful to be warm. Examining the room we find Red Flags #3,4,5,6, etc...
Lights over entry, sink, and beds all non functioning. Floors haven't been swept or mopped, Bedspreads and pillows are stained and look to be extremely worn.
The baseboard next to a bed looked to have excrement on it. 🤢
The window curtain was stained and coming off the rail.
The heater was visually broken and missing pieces.
Television had DirecTV but only 30 channels in which about 1/3 didn't have any broadcast and the quality was like I was watching antenna style from the 70's.
The toilet had shifted on the floor and the seat was falling off. As for the shower it had mold and mildew and looked to have been tiled by a 10 year old.
Two towels and two wash cloths that may be clean but we ain't chancing it.
The only two pluses are the heat working and the bed had a few working inner spring coils.

I decided on this place due to price and reviews but I now know that those Google maps reviews are garbage.
I've stayed in crappy motels on the Sunset Strip but this place has them beat.

Private, quiet little place, across from fair grounds, close to everything downtown Lewisburg and Fairlea, WV. Super great staff! The lady that lives and works on site made sure we had everything that we needed upon our request, super nice!. We spoke with Nick, he worked with us to reserve our room all week and answered all of our questions we had in a quick and timely manner, very nice atmosphere and worked quickly to reserve our room! Thank you both tremendously!

Nick was very friendly and helpful! Checking in was very easy. Nice location for the price. The room could have used an air freshener.

Nick was very accommodating. The staff is very nice and this is a quiet little motel. I travel a lot for work and I'll definitely book here again.
