There was a little bit of wear in the room but it was very clean and so comfortable. We were here for a college tour and almost booked a much more expensive hotel connected to the campus and I’m so glad we didn’t. This one was still so close to the college but without any of the congestion or noise plus no fees for parking! We were surrounded by lovely views, shopping and restaurants. The desk was responsive, helpful and friendly. Pool was clean. Lobby was big and bright and the coffee stayed fresh!

This is a pet friendly hotel! My wife has pet allergies and had I know we would of gone elsewhere. The room was comfortable and spotless, we shared the elevator with a man and his dog it was obvious he stepped in dog shit somewhere due to the smell! Next morning at breakfast everything was cold. Egg and cheese omelet cold, some kind of sausage cold, fried potatoes with peppers also cold. Bad experience with this Hampton!

Heading to the east we stopped over at the Hampton Inn right off the highway. Yes, it was very easy to get to and a quick return to the highway the next morning. There were plenty of places to eat and shop within minutes of this location ||The desk person treated us nice and answered the questions about the area and made us feel at home. Check in was a breeze and we felt welcomed. ||The room was clean, well kept and setup a little different from the Hampton’s we had stayed in the past, with the bed facing the window verse sideways. Kind of nice waking with the light/sky facing you. Bathroom as clean and well maintained. ||Upon checkout I ask how old the hotel was, thinking a few years at best and to my surprise I was told, 7 years old. The team here at this location takes pride in their work for this hotel to look as nice as it did. ||Thanks for the pleasant stay, we’ll be back.

This hotel does not value its customers at all. They allowed an 18-wheeler to park behind the building (between a wall & the building) and idle all night, even after receiving complaints that the truck was loud and was keeping customers awake. The Asst. Manager was rude and unhelpful even when Hilton Customer Service called the front desk on behalf of customers. She insisted there was “nothing they could do” because the truck was refrigerated and needed to idle. There was a large open parking lot out front, they could have moved the truck out there. We stay at Hilton Hotels expecting better than this. Idling big rigs should be parked at truck stops not behind Hilton Hotels keeping everyone else awake!

There was an apparent glitch in the priceline.com ReservationsCenter Hampton Inn by Hilton in which we got triple charged for a room in a five-minute stretch. The confirmation invoices went to Spam.

All involved refused to refund us, and just charge for the one room we intended to reserve even though we contacted customer service immediately to dispute the fraudulent charges.

I explained to Hilton reps multiple times when you enter a "third-party" partnership that you are responsible for their fraudulent activity, but they just kept reading from a script and saying there was nothing they could do.

So we decided to not even go to Morgantown for our stay, and PNC Bank assured us we can dispute and get our money back that way so we're going through that process now.

A morally horrific company. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel, by choice, for the rest of my life.

We had an excellent roadtrip stop here, with all the cleanliness and comfort we hope for. The warm welcome we received after many hours of traveling was much appreciated. So were the spacious room and bathroom. The bedding was as comfortable as that in two much more expensive hotels we had just stayed in. Furnishings and decor looked new and well designed, and the breakfast area was roomy enough to comfortably seat many guests. We were completely satisfied!

I stayed at this hotel from October 17, 2024 to October 20, 2024. I was traveling with my service dog. The morning of October 18, 2024, as my family and I entered the breakfast area, Desi approached me and said I couldn't have my dog in the food line. I was surprised and said yes I can. Desi said she understands my dog is a service dog, but it is hotel policy to not allow dogs in the food line. I said "That's a violation of the ADA". She told me I can have a family member get my food, but I couldn't have my dog in the food line. I again said "That's a violation of the ADA, but ok. By this point, Desi was exiting the food area. She turned around and said very loudly "I know the ADA laws too". Everyone was staring at me and I was completely embarassed. Knowing she is wrong, I immediately called Hilton corporate and filed a complaint against the hotel and Desi. About 20 minutes after this happened, I walked my service dog in the dog walking area. When I reentered the hotel, Desi stopped me, said she was wrong, and apologized. I asked "Are you going to tell everyone in that room that you were wrong"? She replied that she had admitting she was wrong and apologized. I said "Didn't think so". Everyone in that room witnessed our exchange and she totally embarassed me. Yes, she apologized, but she was wrong and she didn't admit that to everyone that was staring at me. Handicapped/disabled people experience this kind of embarassment every day and it's wrong. I will NEVER go to this hotel again.

Nice location, close to everything we needed, clean rooms, good breakfast nice gym and swimming pool. Relaxing Outdoor fire pit. Courteous staff.
