Got the worst blowout of my life today. The second the shampoo started I could tell it was going to be bad. The stylist Haley used hot water, followed by cold water, then back to hot. Zero pressure was applied when shampooing, I got up from the bowl with hair that was not clean. She then was unable to get my hair all the way dry with a blow dryer and proceeded to run a straightener over my damp hair. Left with frizzy, fried hair. When I brought it up at check out the response was, “well, we will let her know”. There was no offer to have a different stylist fix it or any compensation offered. Would not recommend the stylist named Haley and I will not be back to the salon.

Otherwise, the spa is great. My husband and I did a couples massage and I did the Signature Facial that was fabulous.

Great staff, excellent service. The new massage therapist is amazing. The salon is enjoyable with a lovely beautician. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. This will be a multi annual event for me. My secret getaway.

The staff were incredible! Professional yet personable. I scheduled several treatments, spent approximately 5hrs at the spa, everything went smoothly and seamlessly. I felt like a new person when I left. Highly recommend and I will be back!

I booked a manicure and massage back to back. I arrived early to my nail appointment as stated in the directions and everything was great. I have nothing bad to say about my manicure. It was typical and the girl was very sweet. After my manicure it was about 25 minutes until my massage was suppose to start. A couple walks in extremely late for their appointment that was suppose to start an hour before my massage. Anyways they take that couple back, therefore it pushed my massage back and i had arrived on time. My massage was the worst I have every got. It was about 40 min of oil being rubbed on me and I have gotten plenty of massages. Lets just say it was very sub-par.

This place is exactly what I would want and expect from a "luxury" spa. The staff is incredibly friendly, the environment is relaxing, and you're offered complementary drinks while you're waiting. Tammy gives wonderful facials and knew exactly what kind of treatment I needed. John is also excellent at massages and adjusts the massage to fit your preference. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to this spa and purchasing products for 7 years. I have spent thousands of dollars at Spa Orange (not counting my husbands golf expenses) and always had my favorites mailed to me without issue. After leaving my home state of Virginia and relocating to California, I still wanted to support Spa Orange even though these products are readily available to me without the hassle of calling, paying, and waiting for product without any shipping info. After being charged $140 with no confirmation, I was extremely upset when only 1 product item arrived of 2. Becky, the spa manager, informed me that she sent a gentleman one of the same product and she thought 2 of the product to me. Obviously she messed the shipping up and was beyond rude when I called to have this fixed. I will never spend a dime here again and Becky, thank you for being the worst manager I ever encountered, I will happily take my business elsewhere. Not shipping products to customers who have paid is fraud and the bank is there to fix that error!
