Positive: Very clean, super comfortable! No complaints about the room. We loved the breakfast options as well! Negative: Only complaint I have is the pool and hot tub were down. The sole reason we booked this specific hotel was for the hot tub and it was closed our entire trip.

We chose this hotel solely for a hot tub. Payed double the price (than hotels around Elkins without a hot tub) just to find out at the check in, that it was not operational that day. |The lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us to a suite (for a hot tub fiasko). Unfortunately, the housekeeping dropped the ball there as well. The toilet lid had stains and the toilet seat looked like a dog chewed on it (lots of disfigured plastic), i mean common, it's a suite, so people pay more for that, right? The new toilet seat like $10. Then i saw some brown stain on the sheet. And dont let me start with a baseboard dirt. So, I had to change the room. |The 2nd room, still had a sloppy job in the bathroom. We were tired to go and try another hotel. So I just brought my own cleaning supplies to clean the whole bathroom. Sheets were clean this time. |At breakfast, the pancake machine was broken, and also very limited seating, about 8 tables total. It's probably tough to find a seat on the weekend. Food was cold, but good thing they had a microwave for everybody to use.

It was clean which I find most important in any accommodation. The lighting was great, easy to work without eye strain. Lots of plug ins made it easy to charge devices and have other things plugged in. The blackout shade made darkening the room nice for sleep. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The only cons I had were the room temperature and the continental breakfast. It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. When the heat was on it was hot and as soon as it kicked off it was cold. The breakfast just wasn’t good. Neither of the cons would prevent me from staying again.

Positive: The hotel was close to the college we were visiting. It was a 5 minute drive or 10 to 15 minute walk. Negative: The down side was that coffee machine in the room did not work. I forgot to mention that to the front desk. Overall, the stay was exceptional.

I arrived to visit the nearby college and was greeted with a friendly exchange at check-in even though we arrived pretty late in the night. the staff made sure we were checked-in and ensured our rooms were up to standard for our stay. We enjoyed conversation with both the guest services and other guest at breakfast who also shared comforting stories about the college. Enjoyed a great experience

The exercise equipment has been down for months and I really would like to see it repaired before my next visit in May. I have reported the equipment issue to the Front Desk to no avail.

Otherwise, the facility is great!

Kitchen staff very friendly. They had a large group show all at once and their actions showed no stress and everyone was served with a smile. Comfortable and clean room. This was our second stay in this location and will return to see more of the attractions in the area.

After a lot of driving around the curvy roads on the Seneca Trail all day, we were both beat and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Not only was the young lady on the front desk very nice but also recommended a great place to eat. Everything in our room worked great and the staff couldn'y have been nicrr. If ever in the area again, we will surely stay here.
