Stayed with Oceana B&B for a couple months while working in the area. The sweet lady who runs this B&B was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us every morning at 5:30 before we left for work to wish us all a safe day and would let us know what we would be having for supper that evening. All the meals were homemade and made it feel a lot like home. Definitely great alternative to fast food or chain restaurants. Rooms were always clean and orderly. If you find yourself in this area please check her place out. For the price you can’t beat it. Clean comfy rooms and great homestyle cooked meals. Can’t recommend it enough.

Due to weather conditions, I did not want to drive an hour across the mountains to my job-site at Goodson’s each morning. Decided to give this BnB a try. Needless to say, I felt right at home with Jima (owner). |Bed was comfortable, place was very clean, plus plenty of hot water.|I’d definitely would stay here again when in the area.

We stayed here when we came from Ohio and it was a great stay! Jemma and Don were very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast’s were awesome, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Will stay here again!

Friendly owners, comfy beds, cute and homey rooms, 100% would book again, the owner asked us what time we wanted breakfast the first night, she is such a sweetheart, just overall I loved it, compared to the hotels I normally stay at, I think this was my first bed and breakfast

Oceana Bed and Breakfast (OBB) is absolutely fantastic!! Sitting in the best spot for the Hatfield and McCoy trails! It’s roughly 13 miles to Pineville (which is Pinnacle Creek Trails) and about 18 miles to Man (Rockhouse Trails). I ride my side by side to either trail, never had any law enforcement problems in fact they have passed me on the road.
Jima the owner of OBB is old fashion hospitality she is like a mother hen looking out for her guests. She took my request for breakfast and boy ol boy did she deliver and beyond. Very clean establishment, Great homemade scratch food just like grandma used to fix. I would highly recommend Ocean Bed and Breakfast! Try it just once pick your trail, Ride all day knowing you’re coming back to a home atmosphere to kick up your feet.
TV’s in rooms and a large tv in living room for groups to watch your favorite sports!
Really nice burn pit with chairs out back, we sat out there til 1am smoking our cigars and throwing back a few.
I’m telling you you’ll love this place, beats the crap out of the hotels and the trail cabins can’t compete for the price plus all that you get for the price! It’s a no brainer. Try it People you can thank me later. Her name is Jima, OBB will be your go to place from now on. Oh did I mention access to two totally different trails yep, almost center between the two trails!

such a wonderful place to stay and such a peace hits you as you walk in. Jima is the owner and she is the real deal in honesty and goes beyond your expectations. The rooms and bath rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is freshly made and very good. I cannot say enough about my experience of staying there. This my 3rd. stay and I am going back very soon for relaxation getting back to reality. Thank you JIMA!!!!!

This was a very neat and clean place to stay if you ever visit Oceana West Virginia this place is a must stay. She has a wonderful breakfast home-cooked and the sweetest host. She will take care of you while you stay with her.

The rooms are very clean. The owner was so very nice. Made sure we were took care of all 3 days we were here. Every evening she asked what we would like to have for breakfast. She makes everything homemade. Very very good food!!! We will stay here everytime we are back in town visiting.
