Man, You can't get it no better than this for Riding Hatfield McCoy Trails!

This place was nice. We rented 2 houses, Not Cabin's but HOUSES, and had an awesome time. Each house had 2 baths and they both housed 9 people each. The place was clean, and the ATV trail was right there at the end of the street. They don't take credit cards, CASH or CHECK only. The people were real nice for the week we were there. We went in October so A/C wasn't needed. The heat worked great for those cold nights. A/C is scarce, so beware of that if you want to cool down.

Its a little hard to find, DO NOT FOLLOW GPS INSTRUCTIONS! You will get stuck on the coal road that it brings you up if you don't have 4x4. You have to come in on the East side and then up the lower grade coal road versus the West side which is very steep.

The pool was not filled all the way when we were there, but we didn't plan on using it anyways so it wasn't a big deal.

Bring your own grill, and charcoal, becuase one is not provided and have a great time. We will be going back to this spot in October 2014!

Hilltop #2 recently repainted, redecorated and reroofed! Cedar peaks #1 has new roof and room for 10 in 4 bedrooms! Spacious! Guesthouse 5 for 4 to 6 is ready for falll

What a disaster. I do not recommend this place at all. Was trying to have a nice get away and because of Fairhaven ranch it was anything but a nice get away. Please take your business elsewhere.
