I recently dined at Kobe Restaurant, and it was an incredible experience! The food was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors showcasing the best Asian Fusion cuisine. Every dish we tried was bursting with freshness and spices that elevated the taste to a whole new level.

The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. Whether you're a light eater or someone with a big appetite, they’ve got you covered!

The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. They ensured we were comfortable and helped us navigate the menu with great suggestions.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean, from the dining area to the restrooms, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to a pleasant dining experience.

If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing food, great service, and a cozy ambiance, Kobe Restaurant is worth a visit. I can't wait to come back!

They have the best ginger tea i've ever had. Steak Hibashi and General Tso's chicken were ok, not bad, not great. The food were not as good as the Japanese steakhouse or the fancy chinese restaurant, however the price was reasonable. you get the value meal here for sure. anyway i love their miso soup.

We're from about 5hrs away. This is my 2nd time. It was just as good as I'd remembered. Order the crab Rangoons 🦀

I really enjoyed the food plus it's quite inexpensive. We got veg special sushi, Tokyo wings for appetizers. Really enjoyed both, had a nice twist to each. The main entrees come with either soup or salad. I opted for the salad and husband got miso soup.
The portions are huge. We both had left overs and you can easily share a dish with two people.
We got shrimp drunken noodles and tofu green curry. I wanted it extra spicy so not only did I get chopped green chilies but their spicy red sauce.
I was thoroughly satisfied and the spiciness was to my liking!

Pineapple Fried Rice and Thai Basil Fried Rice were devoid of flavor. Order two rolls, Rainbow Roll and Crazy Train, they were both just OK at best. Salads were just iceberg lettuce that was slightly brown and a few shred of carrot. The Chinese Szechuan with lo mein actually had the most flavor of any dishes we ordered but not enough to save the meal. 0/10, would not recommend this restaurant.

I really enjoyed coming to visit Kobe Asian Fusion! I'm not sure exactly where the fusion aspect comes in, because this was strictly Asian food only, but nonetheless it was really good!
I had the Maki combo with clear soup, which was delicious. Not too salty and a perfect sipping broth on a cold day.

I had a shrimp tempura roll, a spicy California and an avocado & cucumber roll. It definitely tasted fresh, but I will say the spicy roll wasn't as great as others I've had. It said it was made with just spicy crab meat and I'm just used to these rolls having rice crisps or spicy mayo. I thought that could have added more to the presentation of the dish.

I also wanted to order bubble tea but did not understand how the pricing works. The menu wasn't really transparent, as each syrup or flavoring cost money but I had no idea what amount. These were not Asian flavorings but just the syrups you'd see at any coffee shop. I chose to pass just due to the use of tea powder plus the artificial syrups!

Overall it was a decent meal!

I am a person who rarely gives bad reviews, but I had to for this restaurant.
We were a party of 7, and none of us liked anything except the milk tea-I don't think based on this experience, any of us will ever visit this place again.

Following are the items we ordered, and except Sushi & maybe the curry, I will not recommend anything else.
Appetizers:
Spring roll : 1/5 (the rolls were barely fried)

Sushi:
Mango-Mango roll : 4/5
Spicy Avocado roll: 3.5/5
Special Vegetable roll: 3.5/5

Curry
Yellow Curry: 3.5/5

Rice
Pineapple fried rice: 1/5
Thai Basil fried rice: 1/5
In both of these items, we had added tofu, but the tofu was extremely salty, which made the whole rice saltier. Could not eat after a bite or two.

Noodle
Drunken noodle: 0/5
Had ordered this without egg or meat. It initially came after a very long time with eggs and very cold. So we got it exchanged, and the supposedly fresh noodles had so much of soy sauce that none of us could even chew a bite of it.

Had also ordered some kind of chicken, which was also tasted only full of soy sauce.

Boba tea
Kobe Bay breeze boba (minus boba) 5/5.
We had ordered this with boba, but the boba was so chewy and old, barely got into the boba straw. The milk tea part of it was delicious.

The staff were friendly but barely paid any attention to the table even after we informed them that the food took forever to come.

There was an extremely weird smell in the restaurant lingering, even though we were situation almost near the entrance where you would think the air circulation would be better because of the content opening & closing of the doors.

Overall, it was not at all a happy lunch experience.

I hope we were one of those unlucky customers to have gone through this kind of experience and that they are actually doing a good job otherwise.
