I will not remove my review until someone contacts me. You took my money for 3 years knowing my address was the same and never once told me that service was no longer available to me. I've had enough of companies taking advantage of loyal customers. To tell me if had broke down in a serviced area no problem you may as well said f you. How am I supposed to know my area was no longer serviced since 2020 when I SPECIFICALLY asked about these services that I needed them. Common sense says you'll be more likely to loose a battery at home. NOBODY informed of this change since 2020 costing me 529 dollars for a service I DID NOT HAVE BUT WAS LED TO BELIEVE I DID. You want the review down refund my money or replace the battery. CAVIET EMPTOR. My AAA service at Beckley WV all I did there was renew my policy they have been extremely valuable providing maps and a passport for 6 years I give them 5 stars. Whoever answers the phone when calling AAA and corporate I hold responsible.

on July 22 I had a tire blowout and called AAA, the automated phone system answered but would drop the call after a few mins leaving me stranded. I eventually tried some alternate numbers for AAA and was able to reach someone where they sent out Glenn's Towing (they did a fantastic job) .......... my strongest advice is find another roadside assistance company to rely on, this group was more then happy to sign me up and take my money but sure didn't pick up the phone when the service was needed.

I went to AAA for the Identogo services. The scanner has now been down 2 days in a row so I have been unable to get my pre employment fingerprints completed. Not the fault of any of the staff there and they have all been very apologetic and sincere.

Extremely helpful service personnel! Actually the sales clerk called the Hotel that I was interested in staying in Washington. She asked the vital questions that I was concerned. She was extremely efficient and courteous! Reservation made!
