Only stayed one night but nice roomy space. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was good. I loved that they have mexican resturant next door. Fairly close to the where we want to be. Would stay again should we come back in this area.

Upon checking in on 1/4/25 room 200 at 5pm the front desk staff was not friendly and was not dressed appropriately for front of the hotel. My Choice account was never added to the room for points or perks. |We needed a suite room with the extra sofa bed for my pre-teen nephew. The room size was adequate but needed a good cleaning and smelled weird. The mattress was about 4 inches and broken down sleeve on the box spring was quite dirty as well as many areas in the room. Broken tiles in the bathroom, stained toilet and bath tub. |The carpet in the hallways is very loose and a trip hazard. |Breakfast was decent and the breakfast area was much cleaner than the room. |While eating breakfast there was a gentlemen employee spraying some type of cleaner from a spray bottle on the floors of the open loft above us. The smell and fragrant chemicals were coming right down over us and the breakfast area. |The outside seating area has exterior outlets that did not have a faceplate or protective cover for safety. |I was grateful for a warm building but beyond that I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The reception was great and accommodating and the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Sadly didn't get to try out the pool as it was being cleaned, but they looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was perfect in it's options and had a little something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. The text to check out option was very nice also.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, clean, large rooms, everything works. Room had enough towels on arrival for all 4 people. Bathroom has a quiet, strong fan to avoid mould and moisture issues.
Plentiful, hot breakfast with two types of eggs, sausages and hash browns. Many types of tea, coffee and juices to get the day going, with tea coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7.
There is an indoor pool and a fireplace sitting area at the lobby. Staff are truly priceless, going above and beyond to accommodate your every need.

As far as the employees working here, they are more than accommodating to any of your needs or requests. Condition of the building, of course just like anywhere it needs maintenance. What place of business doesn't when open to the public for use 24/77. Cleanliness of the rooms are very clean. The housekeeping department works their heart out to try to make your stay as comfortable as they possibly can. The new management that has worked there for now going on a year has made great progress with what he has been given to work with! With being as short staffed as it is due to people not wanting to work now days, I'm very impressed with how and what they do accomplish in such a huge building of 156 rooms . The continental breakfast that is provided is phenomenal with the wide variety of selections you have to choose from. The indoor pool/ outdoor pool is amazing for families to unwind and have a good time while on your stay. Of course from time to time it gets noisy, for crying out loud it's not a residential pool or at your home pool or your home period. It's a place of business where people travel from all around the world to have a place to stay while traveling or a vacation so yes it could get a bit noisy.. the reviews surprise me when you see comments stating noisy and how they do not reccomend anyone to stay here because overall this place is an amazing place!!

Staff was very friendly! Easy check in. Breakfast was hot and delicious! It was very busy and the staff made sure things were filled quickly. Great location off the interstate. The bed was not comfortable, but that's just personal preference.

Horrible experience. Price gouging at its finest. Normally, it was an $80-100 a night room, and we were charged almost $300 due to spring break, also put a additional $100 hold on our card. We were tired and desperate, so we stayed.|The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. That's the only positive from this experience. The walls were paper thin, and the room was not clean or well taken care of, hotel guest were loud in all directions until after midnight. Got up early to leave and got to breakfast, and it was gone. No coffee or cream. There was a gentleman rolling a blunt in the breakfast area, and the whole hotel reeked of Marijuana. The woman who was at check out couldn't put her phone down long enough to acknowledge us. We just loaded our stuff and left. By far, it was the worst experience in a hotel.

Considering that this used to be a favorite hotel chain, I was disappointed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, the curtains were torn, and there was a persistent wet spot on the bathroom floor with no apparent explanation. |The breakfast was a huge disappointment as the eggs were soggy and cold, and the sausage was cold as well. There was no bacon left, and no |attendant apparent to replenish supplies. |On a positive note, there was a large, lovely outdoor covered patio that would have been pleasant had the weather been warmer.
