My husband and I stayed here just one night as we were passing through the area. The room was the perfect size for just us two. The bathroom and shower was nice! Although there is limited counter space as you can see in the picture. The towels were super small but easy to make do with! Can’t speak on the breakfast offered because we were in a rush to leave. The lady who checked us in around 10pm was very nice and works very efficiently as there was a line and she took care of it quick! We would stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable beds, large TV, great location just off the interstate 77. Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly and helpful. walking distance to several restaurants. I will stay here again and have added it to my notes for next year. Best value for the $$ when researching the area.

We were wanting a pool & hot tub and breakfast included in our hotel stay. Hot tub was broken which was a HUGE bummer. The pool was working and it was heated. Breakfast was barely passable. They have sausage biscuits that you have to guess how long to heat in the microwave. Muffins, yogurt, make a waffle, and cereal (Raisin Bran and cheerios) were your choices. They also had tea and coffee and apples. Our room was okay. It’s an older hotel and while they’ve possibly re-done the bathroom, it’s still kind a gross with NO counter space. We had a crack in the window of our room that had tape over it. It smelled of weed at night. Safe area. Woman at the desk in the evening was kind and sweet. There is one other hotel in this area that has both breakfast and hot tub and we would try that next time. And if anyone from corporate or the hotel reads this, please add peanut butter so we can put some on our waffles. We are normally vegetarians and there is nothing here but bread items 😞.

This was an excellent hotel for us for an overnight stop to from Florida. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and a decent breakfast. Good value for the money. We would gladly stay there again.

It was very clean and had a comfy bed. We stayed for a quick overnight and couldn't believe the cheap cheap price. Would definitely stay here again! They have a pool but we did not have time to try it out. Convenient location to our travels. I am very picky and this met my expectations and then some!

Microtel Beckley online reviews must be fake. Why have customers go through online check in if we have to do all the same stuff upon arrival? The entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes. Smoke was fresh, security did nothing. Ice maker broken on 2 of 3 floors. Elevator looks, sounds and feels unsafe. Our sink didn't drain right. Fabric headboards for beds? Gross. Towels were thin and cheap, but worst of all they felt like nobody ever bothered to use fabric softener. Mean mugger AM desk clerk guy needs to learn how to at least fake a smile. My husband says he must be grumpy from having to make up so many fake positive reviews for this place.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, basic breakfast waffle, cereal, bagel. This was the 2nd microtel that did not have a closet or iron which most people don't need but I did. Close to national park sites. Good if your looking for low cost and clean.

The reason I booked this location was for their hot tub. On check-in we were informed the hot tub was not open but would be the next day. It was not. The breakfast was very minimal with only cereal and mini muffins. My room key had to be reprogrammed 4 times due to not being functional in the reader. My blanket had what looked like a blood stain. The power kept flickering in and out all night. I was refused a discounted rate due to all of these issue and told that no manager was available to make any adjustments and i was told my only option would be to cancel my stay and attempt to get a different hotel in the area. We will steer clear of this place in the future.
