What a thrill. Bechtel Summit is like heaven to a Scout so the Welcome Center is where Peter hangs his hat on Baden Powell's Pike.

It's a new building, just built for the jamboree last year. They have lots of parking, easily seen from the road. Inside, they tried to use technology to present information about the history of scouting and the state of West Virginia in an interactive way. They have a touch screen table with Google earth maps so you can zoom in on the map of BSR or show others where you're from.

So much room for trucks to park and it never did fill up, only reason for 4 stars is the bathrooms closed at night.
