Room 205 is trash. Tried to call a manager three times. No answer!! No call back!! We pay big money to stay in a broken room. My wife had to hold the plunger up on the shower to make the water come out of the shower head!! While we took a shower. I did the same for her. The luggage stand was broken in half!! The top Part of the microwave was busted fell off, hit me in the face When I opened up the microwave
The couch pull out bed frame was broken and completely unacceptable. The head of bed frame was 5β down from where itβs supposed to be.

This was our first trip to Snowshoe and we were amazed what a great experience we had! From checking in (which was easy) to our two bedroom condo to skiing, everything was just about perfect. Seneca has a great location - steps away from the village and the mountain. The underground parking is very handy given the weather, and the building is small enough to easily get to your room. Our two-bedroom condo had a gorgeous west-facing view, was well equipped and very clean. We especially liked the comfortable beds, TV's in each room and the lockers that were available so that we could keep gear stored near by. The kids used the hot tub and we took advantage of the great location to get some first tracks each morning! Note that due to Covid most restaurants are take-out and the hours are weird so plan to bring food and prepare it yourself.

We stayed at Seneca for our long Snowshoe weekend. We really liked it. We usually stay at Allegheny Springs but tried this instead. Seneca felt newer and a little higher end, less wear and tear on everything. We liked that it was smaller and much easier to get to the lockers and the car (which was parked in the underground deck). The hot tub was very big and surprisingly not overcrowded. The location was great....right next to the Depot, easy walk to the slopes, near all the restaurants and ski school. Our unit was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Iβd stay here again for sure. In fact, Iβd probably pick Seneca over Allegheny. Allegheny can be incredibly loud bc of the groomers beeping in the middle of the night. Seneca was nice and quiet.

We surprised our kids with a Christmas ski trip (12/26-12/30) and booked at Seneca after seeing other reviews about the location near the slopes, village, shuttle pickup for Silvercreek, and the underground parking. I knew it was going to be busy so we arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday to check in at Top of the World. Waited in line while the kids played in the snow that was dumped before we arrived. Picked up room (#215 Deluxe Studio facing the village) key, locker code, and lift tickets from the friendly staff. Pulled into the heated underground garage and unloaded the truck. Room was tight but had a pull out sofa bed, queen bed, full kitchen, gas fireplace, and a balcony. The TV/DVD player were a mess and in a squirrels nest of cables but I bought a firestick. We connected it to the wifi and we were good for the trip. We planned to eat in the room for most meals and bought lots of frozen chilli, deer meat for tacos/spaghetti, and bacon/sausage to keep the other food in the coolers cold on the way up on our 10 hour drive. Balcony was great for keeping drinks cold and watching all the people try out their skis on from the rental location which was just steps away. The closet was small but we just brought extra heavy hangers for the ski gear to dry out while the ground floor ski lockers fit all of our equipment except our boots (family of 5). We did not really notice the outside noise, snowplows, or blowers but they were running while we were there. Plan to go back sometime this season and hope we time the weather right again. Hopefully there will be me more places open to eat at in the village but I plan to bring food to save money. If you have a down day when not on the slopes go to the Cheat Mountain hiking trail behind the water towers up near Soaring Eagle Lodge which looks like its straight out of the Narina movies.

We made a spur of the moment trip to Snowshoe 3 days before Christmas & were lucky enough to get in Snowshoe Mountain! Our Lodging was in Seneca. We had a one bedroom facing the pool unit 116. The view of the large outdoor hot tub was nice. And the walk to ski rentals & lessons is very easy. The restaurants were really struggling and we had a very hard time getting reservations or anyone on the phone for that matter. I feel like every restaurant was very short handed. It is expensive! In the future we will bring a crockpot & cook! But over all we had 2 gorgeous days on the slopes!

Seneca is still one of my favorites on the mountain after all these years. Always find the building, rooms and amenities to be a bit better than some of the other condos - hot tub, indoor parking, more spacious locker room, the village center location, steps to the slopes. This time is no different, as is often the case, we booked a Deluxe Studio - it comes with a full kitchen, balcony and gas fireplace, which are the features I consider necessary for a comfortable stay. Even better, this particular room being on the top floor, the ceiling is higher as well. ||||Only problem is, as usual, the DVD player didn't work at all. The deficiency of the in room AV system seems to be a perennial problem in all the condos. I've stayed in 5 different condos over the years and pretty much either the TV or DVD or both never worked. Other than that it's a nice room, with what seems to be new carpeting as well. Wifi is not bad, aircon could be loud if on the "fan" setting but "auto" seems fine. ||||Despite the pandemic, the hot tub Is open, however in both late afternoons - week days notwithstanding - it's occupied forever by a large group of people, making it impossible for anyone else to use it - since even though it's a large one there's no way to distance. Might be helpful if they could post a time limit so people can be more mindful.

Great place to stay at the Village at Snowshoe. We came for Wanderlust and this was a great location: right at the heart of everything. There was indoor parking so we didn't have to walk far. The room was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils to make meals. The balcony even had a nice set of chairs and table to enjoy. Will definitely be back.

This lodge is clean, quiet, and located in a great spot within Snowshoe. Easy walking distance to both the ski runs as well as the shuttle/bus stop. Other reviewers remarked how quiet it was here and we agree. An added bonus was the very convenient underground parking garage. Everything was so easy to bring your stuff into the lodge. The lodge itself is also very secure. Staff was very helpful with the few things we contacted them for help. We would definitely return.
