Management is very nice and easy to work with. I've been here for a year. Moving because I need more space but good place to stay temporarily. 24 hour security is good. Deli attatched next door is great with very nice woman running it

Slum lords running a roach motel. Bed bugs and roaches. Landlord will do anything and everything to evict you and none of them are legitimate or legal. Whatever $$ is owed changes and never matches receipts. Save yourself the anguish and just don't.

Nice thing about this place is that it's the cheapest place to stay for a low weekly price. Make sure you get a reciept though. Not the greatest area to stay crime and homelessness wise but it's banging on the weekends because there are many bars and restaurants and even a brewery very close by. Also might i add, dont forget your roach spray or traps. The place is infested so no clutter or you will be watching them crawl all over your walls. Its ick. If you cant afford a can of spray they will give you a can in the office to take care of them yourself. Thats customer service.

For what it is, it's excellent. I wasn't expecting the Hilton for 40 bucks a night, but it was much nicer than i expected. Clean, newly renovated, wifi, cable, fridge in room, kitchen and laundry available, quiet, and pleasant staff. Shared bathrooms and showers. Not an all star resort, but I'm rating based on my money's worth. Not a place for a romantic getaway or family vacation, but for a business trip on a budget it was a great deal. I will definitely stay here again when in town on business. The surrounding area isn't great, but that's where you find cheap hotels, so i was already expecting that.

I stayed at the Ontario Hotel for six months and only left to move out of state. My room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe there. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They worked hard to keep the common areas clean and well-maintained.

I highly recommend the Ontario to anyone needing an economical and good place to live for as long as you need to. As well, it is on a bus route to downtown Seattle. The deli in the building has really good food and friendly service.

I wasnt actually in a room yesterday but was a few mpnths ago and rooms seem spacious and clean. I dont care for the location but its still ok. I was just there meeting a friend yesterday. And reminded me that i dont care for that end of town. But thats just me.

Hey....I needed a place I could afford on a weekly rate. For $185-200 a week, it can't be beat. Mr Hong, the owner, is extremely fair and friendly, tries to run a clean quite place, and does a good job of it. The maintenance is good, he has good cleaning staff for the common areas, and he does his best to chase off the riff-raff. I've stayed for several months on two occasions, and appreciate what Mr. Hong provides at the Ontario. Best affordable weekly hotel around. Best thing is that Mr. Hong can be flexible if you come up short on rent by a couple of days. Where can you get THAT kind of service !! I'd recommend above any other places in the area.

It's not very secure. Although you have to know the pin code on door in order to get in, there are lots of malicious activities that go on in the area. You may have to worry about cars being broke into or possible drug using going on. Also a place where police heavily frequent due to this.
