Everything worked out well. Rooms were comfortable but I couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights behind the bed. The soap gel, shampoo conditioner and body lotion are very low quality and sad actually.

The small bar is nice but expensive. Fitness center is very nice and well equipped. The Wifi speed is ridiculously low. 6-8 Mbps on most days. Seattle airport free wifi was 100 Mbps

Almost $70 for parking for the 2 days I stayed on top of the $200 a night for the room is outrageous! Especially for how tiny the rooms are! It was like renting a closet. And the parking garage is ridiculous also! Most of the spots are compact and the ones that aren't are the same exact size!

I've stayed here a few times now and although the location is great the service is 50/50.
I asked for decaf k cups in my room (for medical reasons and it continued to be filled with regular).
Service is every other day which I didn't mind. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I do wish they'd add suspension to the room doors because the loud slamming for the rude inconsiderate guests impacted my sleep each stay.
The front desk is inconsistent on the phone and in person. Parking was able to be separated from my bill and my most recent stay they tried telling me they couldn't do it. It's one thing if you're new and you're not sure, it's another thing to blatantly lie and I have to pull up my portfolio to show the previous itemized bill and how it was separated.
I like that there is a Starbucks tied to the hotel, super convenient.
Since I come to the area on a monthly basis I think I'll try another Marriott in the area.

Loved this hotel! It is very clean, service was excellent and gym is outstanding!!! The location is perfect, at walking distance you have restaurants and shops. Laundry is also available ($2), which allowed me to take clean clothes on the rest of our trip.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed. Rooms are bright, beds are comfortable, they can send you water kettle if you need. Street parking was great, I can park my car safely.

PARKING INFO: go temporarily park at one of the paid parking. Use the elevator and go to "street level", you'll end up in the lobby to check-in. Front desk will provide you a parking permit for $30, go back to your car, display the permit on the dash and call the call box beside the black gate get buzzed in. Park anywhere. We like this hotel better than Westin. Comfy bed, large TV with Netflix log in option, large windows and walking distance from many restaurants and shopping area. No microwave but there's a tiny refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The lobby area is big, there's a gym on the 2nd floor with an open courtyard. The door to the gym is on the hallway - right when you get off the elevator on the 2nd floor go straight and turn left, it will be on your left hand side.

Loved my stay. I’m a Marriott member and have stayed at a lot of Courtyard Marriotts. This is one of the best from services available to room amenities and staff helpfulness. Highly recommend.

This hotel would be great if we were able to sleep. The room was so stuffy and hot and the AC would not work, which left us having to leave our window open and having to try and sleep with all the road noise. We tried to go down to the lobby and calling the front desk, but no one was there and no one picked up the phone. We would not stay here again because we were not able to sleep. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you want to sleep.
