Second time we have stayed here. Clean, convenient to downtown Bellevue (no need to use the car), staff is VERY nice and helpful. So comfortable to have a mini apartment! Don't feel like eating out? No problem, you have a kitchen, dining room and living room! And...dog friendly! Also, make your reservation far enough in advance and you can get a room with views of the downtown skyline.

I really enjoyed my stay here! They were kind enough to let me check in early since my flight was changed to an earlier time. Check in and out was a breeze. The rooms are spacious and I really like that they have a full kitchen. Everything was clean too, which is a must for me. The location is great too, close to the mall and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at La Residence Suites Hotel was nothing short of AMAZING! We booked this hotel for our wedding block, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests, making the experience truly special. Check-in was a breeze, even though we arrived late at night.||||While the building has a more vintage look, the suites are incredibly spacious, and some of our guests got renovated rooms that were spotless and modern. The atmosphere is so COZY, with classic board games available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen in the suites is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some!||||The location is unbeatable—right across from Bellevue Square and Bellevue Downtown Park, with the Bellevue Electric Shuttle stopping nearby. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet at night.||||As cat lovers, we were delighted by the charming cat that added a nice touch to our stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, too. Although it only had snacks and pastries, the variety was good, and the quality was excellent. The cinnamon rolls and scones were personal favorites!||||To top it off, free parking was a huge plus, especially since most parking in Bellevue comes with a fee. We truly appreciated EVERYTHING about our stay and highly recommend La Residence Suites Hotel!

The location is just across the Bellevue Downtown park with access to the mall, restaurants, cafes etc. within walkable distance. Beautiful parks within walkable range. The front desk staff and the hotel staff are very kind, warm and welcoming. They are the highlight of the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with regular housekeeping and all kinds of amenities. The staff go out of their way to help in every possible way. They made our stay very very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We were very comfortable in our suite. There was an equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room area. Front desk is not staffed 24 hours, but was not a problem for us. There is a mall across the street and a park next to the mall. Lots to do in the area. Staff was friendly. Limited breakfast items available each morning. Limited free parking but we did not see it fill up. Room was clean and reasonably well maintained. The city has a free shuttle available.

We were in the Seattle area for surgery and knew we would be staying a couple weeks. La Residence has apartments with full outfitted kitchens, a nice King bedroom, a full size bathroom, a living and dining room and walk in closet. The complex is small, quiet, well situated to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and 3 great and gorgeous parks. The staff is efficient, friendly and they make you feel welcome in every way. The continental breakfast is good, the laundry room is clean, fairly priced and not busy. We had our little dog with us and there are handy places to walk, and a close-by dumpster to clean up easily. The complex is not new but is quality built and stocked. The linens were newer, everything was clean and fresh. It is a secure building all the time but locked entirely in the evening. You have access using your key.

We loved our experience at La Residence and have reservations to return soon. It is a nice place in a nice community.

Nice location, good space if you want to hang out with friends inn the night. Breakfast is considered as convenient store foods, I will not say it's good, but you could have water, drinks and snacks whole day as you want. There is a small gym in the first floor, a piano that you can play with. Parking lot is small however you can easily cross street and find a lot of parking space from Bellevue square.

Looking forward to coming back for another stay! Clean and spacious rooms in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Free on-site parking was a bonus! Andrea at the front desk was the best 😊
