Loved my stay here! The room was spacious and the beds comfy. Complimentary parking for guests which is so rare for such a central location with shopping and dining options all within walking distance. Conveniently connected via sky bridges to 2 malls and the staff were friendly. Complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby in morning with fresh cream and brown sugar was a nice surprise. Will stay again!

Stayed at the Westin Bellevue for one night and the best part was the customer service from David at the front desk. He recognized me immediately having stayed at the W Bellevue a few nights ago. I wasn’t expecting him to recognize me since he probably sees a lot of different guests, but was happy to see him there. He has the same bubbly energy and great personality you want to experience when you check in at a hotel. The room was nice. Beds are comfortable as you expect with a Westin. We had a balcony but unfortunately there was a windstorm during our stay so didn’t go outside, but I imagine it’s a nice perk during warmer months. Overall a nice experience. Customer service is top notch if you get the pleasure of having David at the front desk!

Excellent stay. From staff, to parking, to pool, to room, to the gym, to room service. Parking is easy to find off Bellevue Way. Parked on 5 near elevators. Check in was great and welcoming. Everything is walkable. Pool area was one of the cleanest next to top tier resorts. The room service was great for the value. Room was spotless and the Westin beds are always the best. |The view is nice too. Room 1506. |Only change would be more directional signage between the lobby and escalators UP to the skybridge to the mall.

Stayed for a girls trip. Was top notch customer service from every interaction we encountered. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The concierge service was impeccable. We had a big party with lots of bags. And yet he was still professional and extremely friendly when he delivered our bags to the room. We all said that the overall experience made an impact and we are looking to plan another trip.

The heavenly bed is true to the name. The skybridge proximity to Bellevue Square Mall and the wide range of dining in the area is a true perk. The front desk staff is very accommodating and welcoming upon arrival and during my stay. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family!

I recently stayed at The Westin Bellevue in Washington, and from the moment I arrived, my experience was fantastic. At check-in, the valet was incredibly courteous and helpful, which immediately set a positive tone. When I proceeded to the front desk, the clerk was not only friendly but also went above and beyond by offering me an upgrade to a higher-level room.

Upon entering my room, I was delighted—it was spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was one of those views you simply can’t get enough of. My stay here met the high standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties and even managed to exceed them. Overall, a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Such a perfect location across from Bellevue Square Mall. Rooms range from basic and convenient to modern deluxe. This visit we especially enjoyed the outdoor space of a wide balcony. It was great to view the city lights at night. Checking in is an easy, usually speedy process. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms and hallways are quieter than most hotels. The noise comes in from time to time, but not from the inside. As this is an urban location, you will hear some street noise, but it's part of the experience and doesn't interfere with the vibe of luxury and respite. Yes, I would recommend the Westin in Bellevue, for many reasons, including proximity to shopping, dining, the big downtown park, the staff, and of course the rooms!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday with a quick 2 night stay. Sandy at the front desk made sure we got a room to suit my wife as she like upper floors. She also called back and asked if they could provide her with some chocolate dipped strawberry’s and champagne. ||I must say I have been a Bonvoy member for many years and we stay at Marriott brands at least 20-30 nights a year and this was one of the best experiences ever. ||With that being said we love have such a great hotel close by for some quick weekend trips. We will definitely be back.
