Overall, as expected for a 3 star hotel. The woman at check in was lovely and helpful. Lots of parking available which was covered by our room rate (not sure if this is the standard). Room was spacious. Bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade but weren't too bad. Housekeeping was good for the first day and the second day didn't seem to bother with much. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad, the surprising thing was the servers bringing a bill asking for tip even though breakfast was including in our room rate. Not sure why we needed to tip when it was literally a buffet. All the servers did was pour coffee/ water at the table which we could have easily done ourselves if they allowed us to. It made the Hilton seem like a cheap hotel that doesn't pay its workers properly despite the high room rates.

A Delightful Stay with Excellent Dining

We recently stayed one night at the Hilton Bellevue, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home right away.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the quiet ambiance of the room allowed us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The dining options were fantastic, with a menu that offered a variety of delicious choices. We particularly enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients and the excellent presentation of each dish. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, enhancing our overall dining experience.

Staff here believes in great service. From the bartender to the front desk, you'd be hard pressed to find so.eone who does not give Great service. Can't speak to the rooms but I go here for meetings and to do work while in Bellevue. Wonderful, quiet and spacious atmosphere.

That said, I understand that not every hotel can have a large gym, so this is more of a personal preference than a dealbreaker.||||Despite that minor flaw, I still give the Hilton Bellevue a glowing review. The overall experience was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. It's a beautiful hotel with a lot to offer, and I would happily stay here again.

The location was great, and the staff was helpful. However, I had to rig the intake fan on the rooms heating unit so the fan wasn't hitting something and making a clicking sound all night. Also, the false ceiling panels were in rough shape. The room was clean. The view of the highway left something to be desired, but I wasn't there for the view.

You can't change the thermostat in your room. This should be information in bold print on their websites. The rooms are set at 75 degrees. I couldn't sleep. Popcorn ceilings. I cleaned my room because it was dirty. I've only stayed in one other hotel that was this bad. This is my 2nd bad review ever. I hate to do it.

Nice hotel, great location.|The breakfast area is nicely don with servers helping you with hot coffee in nice cutlery.|Breakfast menu was the same all days I stayed so maybe the the manager should think about bringing some variation.|Staff was kind enough to give me a microwave in the room, that was really helpful. Thank you.|Overall hotel needs a little maintenance, the carpets have gone dirty and have rips at a lot of places.|The tariffs are a little overpriced, can afford as long as it's paid for by the company.|

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely not worth it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like she was doing me a favor by simply checking me in.

The front desk lady had a serious attitude, she answered basic questions with “I don’t know”, “It should be” or just flat-out ignored me. Completely unprofessional. I checked in for two nights and paid upfront. When I checked out, they had doubled the rate for the second night without telling me. Apparently, their prices change every whatever number of hours, even after you’ve paid upfront not an extension. What kind of scam is that?

On top of that, the place was insanely loud. They had events going on downstairs, with kids and families running around everywhere. It felt more like a chaotic theme park than a hotel.

They also nickel-and-dime you for everything. The parking lot is huge and practically empty, yet they still charge for "overnight parking". Makes zero sense. The rooms? Basic, tiny, and overpriced for what you get.

I ended up moving to another hotel just outside the city and the difference was night and day. Spacious, quiet and no shady overcharging. This place is a joke!
