My daughter had both her bridal shower and her wedding at The Ritz. Absolutely amazing service from start to end. They are attentive, responsive and a wonderful family owned business. Their staff was very accommodating and our time with them couldn’t have been more perfect. This venue is the best kept secret in Morgantown!! Affordable, reliable and lasting memories with this family.

My husband and I used Mike and Lisa's services to plan/host our wedding reception on October 10, 2020 in the lower event space. And this five star review extends equally to the planning services, venue space, and catering. All three were phenomenal.
The complimentary wedding planning services were a LIFE SAVER. I always had a massive Wedding Pinterest Board, watched Four Weddings on TLC, and participated in many weddings as a young adult, but there is no replacement for thirty years of experience in the wedding industry. And the local vendors really enjoy working with Mike and Lisa.
The appetizers, food, and drinks were spectacular. They were tasty (we had plated meals of chicken cordon bleu and stuffed pork tenderloin). But most of all, we didn't need to arrange table settings, wash dishes, hire a bar tender, or supply tableware. We only needed to supply a cake and cakeware. Additionally, the open bar was a crowd favorite, and my husband and I tried some of the best wine we've ever had.
Mike and Lisa only host/plan one event per weekend, so renting the lower event space allowed us room access THREE FULL DAYS ahead of the event. When we arrived on Wednesday, the room was beautifully decorated and table settings were arranged. We just needed to arrange place cards, set up a WiFi hotspot, and arrange a projector with screen.

Lisa, Mike, and their team truly made my wedding day the best day of my life! They are the definition of professionalism, organized, kind, and helpful. I truly do not think I could have EVER planned my wedding day without them. From day 1, they helped my husband and I with all the small details, food choices, planning - you name it. They were always just a phone call or text away if we had any questions at all. The decor is absolutely stunning and them and their team set it up so incredibly beautifully for our reception. The food was so delicious! We did prime rib and stuffed chicken and I HIGHLY recommend! I am still craving it 2 days after my wedding, lol! My photographer even said it was the best meal they have ever gotten at a wedding - and they have done a lot of weddings

Overall, I truly cannot express in words how thankful and appreciative I am of Lisa and Mike and their team for helping us have the best wedding day ever. I highly recommend ANYONE use their services. They are the best of the best!

We had a wedding October 3, 2020. Mike and Lisa are truly the most caring, professional, and compassionate people we have met. We had our wedding ceremony downstairs and our reception upstairs. Everything was beautiful. They were there every step of the way. Always answered questions no matter how big or small or how often we asked. Always there to offer a hand or send suggestions. We were so blessed to have such amazing people to run this special day for us and would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE wanting a beautiful, low stress wedding!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike and Lisa! We booked them for our June 30th wedding, and from the moment of booking on, they were an invaluable source of help! They provided us with an entire planning binder that aided us in everything from dividing out our budget to creating our seating chart to keeping on schedule all year. They truly are "full service," as they provide the venue, catering, decorating, tableware, linens, and an open bar all in one package!

We used the entire venue, having our ceremony downstairs and our reception upstairs. Their downstairs curtains and lights treatment cast a beautiful look over the space, and they were extremely accommodating with any other decorating that we wanted to do. The upstairs needed practically no outside decorating, as the space itself and the decorations they provide are so beautiful that they stand for themselves! Several months out, we had a "play date" in which Mike and Lisa brought out all of their materials for centerpieces and table settings, and we were able to plan everything exactly how we wanted, all with what they provided! Their level of taste is impeccable, and we received tons of compliments on how beautiful everything looked!

The food and drinks were also exceptional, as was their staff. We went with roast beef and stuffed chicken, along with potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, and more! The meals were filling and delicious! Their servers kept everyone's glasses filled, and the bartenders were very friendly and professional! The whole dinner service flowed extremely smoothly.

The Ritz Touch is simply top notch. Nowhere else in Morgantown can you find such great services at such an affordable price point. If you are looking for professionalism, a beautiful space, and a worry-free experience, I highly recommend Mike and Lisa!

Mike and Lisa are phenomenal to work with, they are very patient and very friendly, I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their special day celebrated. My wife and I had the time of our lives; the food was amazing, the decorations they use are beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating.
