This is a unique experience unlike a regular hotel. It is a house that has been converted to private rooms. There are no on site employees and everything is done via app. You use your phone as the key to get into the house, and into the room. Great location and parking is available. Would stay here again.

Such a great location! Bus stops right near the inn and there’s a cafe infront. Hosts are very nice and accommodating and they let us checked in early then upgrade us into bigger room! We are very thankful. We are definitely coming back ❤️

Cute house and rooms. The rooms were simple so the price reflected that. It's a great place to stay if you don't want expensive but still need clean room. This is an old house, 1910-1920's and I love old houses.

I would've given 4 stars, but the lack of cleaning made it drop it to 2.
The installation is not bad. The room is small but is enough to stay the night. It has its own bathroom.
I would not say it's a hotel. It's more like an airbnb.
Going back to the cleaning part, as soon as we stepped into the room, the odor was horrible, like if we were walking into a bedroom of someone that lacks personal hygiene, horrible!!
I'm not a clean psyco person, but this is how bad it was.
I started checking the sheets and blanket to see if the odor was coming from there, and it wasn't but there were hairs in different colors, which made me think, how many people has use that blanket before us.

Even though the sheets were white after checking them closely, it seems like they were used several times before putting them in the laundry machine, outrageous!
Also, many hairs on them

One of the pillows smell horrible.
I would have preferred a thousand times a more humble suite with everything 100% clean than this.

I was very pleased to find this accommodation close to Swedish. The room was quaint and very clean. I had the best sleep on the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I will definitely use these accommodations again.

Most reviews complained that there is no one on site, that's a perk for me!!! It was very obviously a boutique and if you take time to research where you stay you would know that. This is an awesome option for saving money in an expensive city. Walked to the pier multiple times! They did well at turning a home into a boutique for short stays.

Complaints: room 202 bed is hard as a rock, NOT comfortable. Shower, I'm 5'3" (small) and had a hard time maneuvering in the shower. The temp of the room. It was FREEZING when we got there. So there's two temps, freezing or satans butthole. 😂 no trash can (sorry for my 3 bags 🤷🏽‍♀️) and no microwave which I didn't catch right away so I threw away about $60 worth of leftovers from restaurants on the first day

Other than that I would stay here again as long as it wasn't room 202 lol do your research and save yourself some complaining or save some money at this cozy boutique.

Nice, comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. The locations perfect. Later than usual checkout time (12 pm). There weren't any loud noises or blaring music like other reviews said. Lots of restuarants nearby. I highly recommend Ba Bar vietnamese cuisine. Easy walking distance and really good food. Overall, 5/5 experience.

I can't give enough stars...My Dad had a surgery at Swedish and we needed rooms. Our rooms were clean, cute and really comfy. They were recommend by the Hospital. Read the FAQ's, know what you are getting into, don't blame the owner for your ignorance. We used our phones as our keys and it worked, be patient.
