Great place to stay. We were traveling south and needed an overnight stop. We checked in at 9 pm. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and updated. The shower was hot with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again.

Absolutely clean room; Even the window sells and casings were spotless! The bathrooms were small but functional, and there was a hand grip to get out of the Tub. The. best hotel staff around. They were very friendly with helping us find a great restaurant for dinner (we highly suggest The Pitch in Dunbar). The only problem was there was no protein for breakfast. But they had a coffee machine 24-7 So that was great.

I was in town for a family emergency and found most hotels booked due to a concert. Thankfully, someone at the Holiday Inn directed me around the corner to the Microtel. What a nice surprise! The rooms are small but spotless and modern. Perfect for a single traveler. The area is industrial but felt safe and was convenient to restaurants.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Wyndham Microtel in Charleston, WV. The level of cleanliness was exceptional; it's clear the hotel takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, but I want to particularly acknowledge Sam, the housekeeper. Her genuine friendliness and constant smile created a truly positive atmosphere.She's a true asset to the hotel, her dedication to her work and her kindness were truly appreciated. I will definitely be returning!

Clean room with a modern feel and a comfortable bed. The room i was assigned was not a typical layout with the TV cabinet to the side of the room, not sure if all rooms are sideways? |Manager Kelly was accommodating and runs an award winning operation as reflected in all the trophies displayed for being the best. |Breakfast was similar to most Wyndham properties.

I am a driver and needed to take my break. The people were very friendly, clean rooms, shower was great. If I am ever back in the area, I will stay here again.
If you want to get anything to eat, don't do it through Uber Eats because they will not bring it you regardless if you tip.

I would like to start off this review by saying that as soon as walked in to the lobby the Marijuana smell was so strong.|I went up to the 3rd floor to go to my room and it smelled like Marijuana up there too.|I over heard a couple employees talking about drugs. |As I left the elevator on 1st floor to checkout I passed two employees that smelled like Marijuana as well.|The odor was sickening.

Place was fine until they try and put you out for smoking in the room when ur not even a smoker and wanna charge you 100.00 bad experience the lady wasn’t very nice when I tried to explain to her that I don’t smoke she swore I did. Not very good customer service and a good way to lose business. Go down the road and stay at the holiday inn before you stay here! Like I said I did not smoke on the room! So there would be no reason to say I did when I’m
