I was pleasantly surprised with this stay! I was getting ICL surgery down the road at Sharpe and so I needed a place to park my vehicle until check-in. They were kind enough to let me park in the underground covered area early in the morning (0900). After my surgery, I was allowed to check-in a bit earlier. The room was great and way more spacious than I needed for just me. The thing that I was most excited about was the hand soap in the bathroom. I have traveled everywhere and never have I ever been somewhere that supplied legitimate hand soap. That was a great thought. The room also had a nice TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with pods and creamer, two bottles of water, soda and sparkling water in the fridge, biscotti biscuits, and two wine glasses - all free of charge. If you need to work, the room also had a wonderful sit/stand desk and comfy chair. It was a great stay and very well-priced. FYI that across the street are coffee shops, cafes and a market. By the way, you will need to contact the phone number listed - I called but she mentioned texting was fine too. The front desk also has candy bowls and fruit bowls 🙂

Lakeview Boutique Hotel is everything you could dream of in a getaway spot and more! From the moment we checked in, Sahar, the incredible operator, made our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality turned our trip into a five-star experience.

One of the highlights? Sahar had delightful Madeline cookies waiting for us when we arrived—a small touch that made us feel so welcome. And the hotel’s balcony? Absolutely stunning. We spent hours relaxing, soaking up the breathtaking lake views, and feeling utterly at peace.

Sahar went above and beyond at every turn. On Christmas Day, we found ourselves in a pinch, needing tape and scissors—an odd request on a holiday, yet Sahar came through and saved the day! It’s clear she anticipates every guest’s needs, even the unexpected ones.

The amenities were equally impressive. Fresh, clean linens made for dreamy sleep, and the premium shampoo and conditioners added a spa-like touch. Every inch of this boutique gem is thoughtfully maintained, and Sahar’s dedication shines through in every detail.

Lakeview Boutique Hotel is truly Kirkland’s hidden treasure. With its charming atmosphere, impeccable service, and incredible value, it deserves to be on everyone’s radar. Thank you, Sahar, for creating a magical experience—we can’t wait to return!

What a hidden gem. Beginning with a warm welcome from Sahar to the surprisingly large room with a great view this exceeded our expectations. We actually stayed an extra day we liked it so much. Perfect location in beautiful Kirkland (tons of great restaurants) - 100% recommend this boutique hotel. Simple, tasteful, no frills - spotless room. I wish there was one everywhere we traveled.

This was a beautiful hotel. I have a bit of an issue with germaphobia and this hotel was incredibly clean. The price was fantastic it was in a safe neighborhood and the staff who run it were 10/10. I would absolutely stay there again and plan to in the future

First and foremost the positives; clean room and great location for ease of traveling if you’re working in the area. However, the negatives vastly outweigh any of the aforementioned benefits.

The first thing is that I did not once see an employee and had to call to check in and was simply told they left some cards at the desk. At no point in my four day stay was I offered additional towels, or basic amenities. The shower was constantly out of hot water and the minimal half moon glass door did nothing to stop water from spraying out all over the floor. Additionally there was no microwave which was perplexing as even the most disgusting motel six will have one of the these.

The most infuriating aspect of my stay is that they control your room lights through auto timers and there is nothing you can do to keep them on. When trying to work at the desk in the evening I was forced to move every five minutes to trigger the lights again, and again, which in my mind is absolutely unacceptable. Not being able to just comfortably sit and work ruined the experience completely, no matter how convenient the location was. The fact that as an adult man I didn’t have control of the room lights was nonsense, and was almost like being babied, like I suppose that I’m too stupid to turn off the lights when I’m finished. I spent far too much to be treated this way and these shortcomings ruined what could have been a nice experience. If you want my advice, spend a few more dollars and get a nicer room somewhere else.

A gem. The hotel location was great for us. It was 20m from Woodinville, which is where my kid lives. Downtown Kirkland was easy to get to. It was also a short, 30-minute drive to the famous Pike Place Market and the aquarium in Seattle. The hotel has a safe and comfortable feel, like staying at a friend's house. The on-site manager is easily accessible, she provides her phone number with check-in. We checked in after 11 pm so our key awaited us at the front counter. There is a code to get into the door in the free parking area. There is a fruit bowl and water at the front counter. The Queen bed was very comfy. We did not have a balcony view, we had a small one-bed, with a small kitchen area, a mini fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Very clean! Nice big windows. The hotel was booked but we never saw anyone, I like that. We only used the hotel for sleeping so if you need more attention or entertainment this may not be for you. We were supplied towels but I did notice our AC was turned off. I didn't mind we were gone all day. We will stay here the next time we visit! OH, and a big plus for us, was having a gas station and shopping plazas across the street.

My wife and I were in town attending a wedding. This hotel checked all the boxes for us. Good location. Safe. Convenient parking at no extra cost. Quiet. Very good personal attention by Sahar. She gave us her personal number and we were able to text her at any time. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was unique in a good way! The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful and we appreciated being able to step outside for fresh air which is not usually an option in many places.

Great place to stay; Front desk staff was 10 out of 10- so kind and went above and beyond.
Big rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, close to bay and dining. Loved the coveted parking.
