The Seattle Gaslight Inn was the cherry on top of my group's adventure into the Pacific Northwest. From the moment we stepped through the heavy, carved wooden door I could feel the warmth of a cozy home welcoming me in. The house was entirely gorgeous, fit with comfortable communal spaces and furnishings. The host Ryan was friendly and considerate, and gave great local recommendations! With a variety of rooms, the inn was surprisingly budget friendly, and gave easy access to the vibrant area of Capitol Hill. I only wish to have spent more time at the Seattle Gaslight Inn, please consider adding it to your itinerary!

My family booked the entire Inn so that we could all stay together for my wedding in February 2025. It was perfect! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The space was charming, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We hosted our rehearsal dinner here and it was wonderful. The location is excellent. We were so happy with how it turned out and our guests were delighted.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Seattle Gaslight Inn. The location was ideal. The property is georgous and amenities are top notch. The owners are super friendly and make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend!

This beautiful Craftsman has been turned into a welcoming space with spacious guest rooms, suitable for a long stay. We were there for ten days and enjoyed our stay, and if you like staying in places with character, you probably will too. |Rooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers, and we were able to fully unpack our suitcases and had room to stow them. As is often the case in repurposed old homes, bathrooms have showers only and are on the small side. |In the dining room, there is coffee and tea service, several flavors of yogurt, and other snacks for a light breakfast, and Bakery Nouveau that is a few blocks away makes splendid pastries. We enjoyed starting the day in the bright, prettily decorated dining room. |Those arriving by car should know that there is no on-site parking, and you may have to unload and park a few blocks away. The hotel issues parking passes that allow you to ignore the restricted times, and if you have a standard size vehicle you probably will have no problem. We had a full-size SUV but still had no problem except for one evening, when I had to look for a while. The neighborhood is generally quiet but has restaurants and eclectic shopping within a few blocks, and public transit goes direct from Downtown and the ferry terminal to a nearby bus stop. I'm not going to bother to rent a car next time, since this is a transit-friendly city and I would have saved money by using Lyft.|Those with allergies should know that there is a resident cat - we never saw him above the first floor or in any guest rooms, though. |All in all, our stay was very good and we will return.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gaslight Inn, and we had such a wonderful experience. The location was ideal for our trip, with business on Capitol Hill and, to top it off, it's right next to one of our favorite bakeries and Thai restaurants! The Inn itself is absolutely charming. We opted for a room with a private patio and bathroom, which was perfect for us. There were plenty of cozy seating areas on the main floor, and on the floor where our room was, we appreciated the filtered water station and ice machine. Our host was incredibly kind, and we even got to meet Neo, the adorable resident cat, who greeted us warmly. The cozy dining room offered a lovely selection of yogurt, fruit, granola, tea, and coffee. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at The Gaslight Inn when business brings us back to the area!

The Gaslight Inn is such a beautiful Inn steeped in PNW history. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the history that was provided in a binder in our room. The fine touches do not go unnoticed! My husband and I are looking forward to an extended stay in the future. The room was spotless (as was the restroom) and also very private and quiet. We had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and appreciated his easygoing and accommodating demeanor.

Such a charming, beautifully decorated and quaint family-owned inn! My friend and I had a lovely stay and enjoyed learning about the history behind the inn and the Capitol Hill area. Right nearby are plenty of parks, cafes, and shops you can explore - the inn offers great recommendations! Would highly recommend as a great place to stay to get the true Seattle vibes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gaslight Inn. Ryan and Joelle were great hosts, helped with everything we needed. The Inn is super comfortable, we just enjoyed a few hours down time everyday when we're between activities and it felt like home. The location was excellent with everything we needed and more right down the block. Would definitely stay here again and anytime we are in Seattle. Thank you for a great getaway!
