A pretty nice hotel located along a nice mall in downtown bellevue! Rooms were pretty well laid out with a nice area to put down luggage in front of the TV area! I also like the fact they have a nice coat hook near the bathroom. Overall it reminds me of the sister hotel across the sound from Hyatt regency Seattle. Only that these rooms have more wear and more use of durable materials in the room. Parking was pretty easy with a deep three level parking garage for those staying in the hotel. It was also pretty interesting that there are only two microwaves on the property on floor 5 and 15 on a 24 floor building to share... Service was pretty nice and they even have a little apples on the front desk area! Beds were comfortable as well. Overall, it's a pretty nice location considering the fact that it is part of a complex that houses three different office buildings which contain many different companies from Pokemon to Microsoft to tiktok and valve and bank of America. In fact, the property has a big convention centre area that Microsoft was using for a non-profit leader summit. The pool is also pretty big too connected to a really extensive gym. However, I found the access to it to be pretty confusing...

This hotel is top tier. From the moment you arrive, everything is impeccable. The food is outstanding, and the staff is eager to be of any possible assistance. When you return, they always remember you as a former guest and make sure you know how valued your business is. The location is perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants, which are plentiful in the blocks around the hotel. You can find fabulous cuisine from every region of the world in a 3-block radius. And, let's not forget those delicious Washington apples awaiting you at check in. In all my world travels, this remains among my favorites for level of service, good food, excellent staff, and general cleanliness.

Lovely stay! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel, elevators and rooms were very clean. Tons of parking in the garage (free on Fridays) and lots of amenities attached including 13 Coins. The room had great lotions/soaps and views. The event I attended here had tasty food served by them and great waitstaff/bartenders. Wish I had more time to enjoy everything here!

This is a beautiful hotel: excellent service, location and facilities. Then, why the 3 stars? Because the mattress on my bed was so soft I was not able to sleep properly for 3 nights. I know some people like soft mattresses but as a hotel I would expect you to have both firm and soft options (you can use firm mattresses and offer a soft topper for anyone who needs it). But if the mattress doesn’t have a removable top and it’s soft by default, there isn’t much one can do.

I asked the reception and they said most mattresses in the hotel are pretty much the same. But they could put a hard board underneath the mattress…by this time I was not interested in experimenting and just accepted my loses.

I can’t remember any other hotel where the mattress was this soft.

This hotel chain is usually on my top list (the one in Chicago is great). But I will reconsider booking here in the future.

Please make sure you have firm mattresses for people who need a firm mattress to sleep. Because as my colleague said “it’s not comfortable to sleep with your shoulder rolled up all night”

This hotel is amazing, the staff is so helpful on all things, the beauty and cleanliness on the place is beyond any standards, and the location of this place never ceases to amaze me. we come every year to a conference and couldn't be more thankful for the way the hotel compliments the marriage weekend to remember conference. ||||one thing: rooms do not have microwaves, they have a "community microwaves" on a couple floors only that guests get to use. BUT seriously, the greatness of this hotel, this is nothing that should change your mind about staying here!

+Room: awesome! I LOVED the amount storage they had with wide and beautiful drawers

+Staff: always so helpful and friendly!
Cudos to the conscierge crew!!

+Parcel: received it, no charge, super friendly

+Gym: perfection, lots of space, lots of tred mills and the swimming pool is a proper size!

+Other: One wrong charge about parking but instead of silently charging it, they asked me about it and took it off- this is perfect

Extremely well-kept property that met all expectations. I appreciated the filtered water next to the ice machine for convenience. The room was very nice, and I did not experience any issues. The staff was extremely friendly, including the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.
