I rarely write reviews however our stay was exceptional.

We were there for one night on 2/27/25

We were welcomed at the front desk by Emily, who couldn’t have been nicer.

The hotel was clean and the room was immaculate and comfortable.

The breakfast the next morning was hot and fresh and there was plenty of variety.

The persons working in the breakfast area were also very nice. They all said good morning with a smile.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and my stay was fine but this stay was above beyond and it was due to the staff.

First, some shoutouts: the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were great! The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy.

The price was right for our stay on our road trip home. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were both clean and well-lit. The beds are amazingly comfortable!

That said, some aspects of the stay were a little off. When we arrived, we noticed that we didn't have any towels or linens and half a roll of toilet paper.

The shower head height was for someone 5'8", not 6'4" like I am. That's not a big deal. I'm used to it.

The bathroom needed a new shower curtain rod, though, and it looked like there was a bit of mold in the corners of the shower and on the ceiling.

The AC unit sounded like a jet engine, forcing us to sleep warm so it didn't wake us up every fifteen minutes.

All in all it was a good stay and represented Holiday Inn and the IHG brand well, with just a few details that will hopefully get ironed out for other guests at this location.

Stayed one night. Room was a suite with king bed and sofa sleeper. Nice kitchen area. Very clean. Mattress was a little soft and trenchy on one side (mine) wife's was okay. Had a problem with the door key cards and TV remote but both were corrected. They charged for my documented special needs pup. It needs to be a documented emotional support animal. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel was clean as were rooms. Unfortunately, hotel was unnecessarily noisy in the late evening (after 10pm). Lots of hallway noise and talking in the hallway well past midnight. Not what my family and I needed after a 12 hour roadtrip. I’m not sure if the hotel has a quiet hours policy but if they do, they didn’t enforce the policy. If they don’t have a policy they should consider implementing one. Maybe it was just our floor that was noisy? The hotel was nice. Proximity to the Interstate was a plus and a minus as there was a lot of road noise throughout the evening and early morning hours. Again, staff was very nice and welcoming. Would stay again but noise level was too high.

I always love staying at an Holiday Inn because I know they are clean, reasonable and always have a great breakfast. Whenever we travel I always look for an holiday Inn because of the above reasons and this one did not disappoint me. The staff were very helpful and accommodating in every way possible. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

This stay was an extended family gathering for a funeral. There was an error in the reservations for the 7 rooms. Emily and Grace were very helpful in fixing the error. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The families gathered in the lobby both evenings. We had pizza delivered. The staff provided cups, plates, napkins, and silverware for us, we didn’t ask for them. The hotel was very clean. There was a maintenance man working in the hallway-he was very receptive to greetings. It really was a most excellent stay thanks to the great staff.

Had a great experience. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING! The breakfast staff did such an amazing job keeping the area. Lean, food stocked and hot! I have traveled to many hotels and this was by far the best breakfast service around!

The hotel was very clean and appealing, parking was well lit and safe. Room was clean and the Dove products in the bathroom were great. The breakfast had pastries that are becoming rare at most hotel breakfasts, plus scrambled eggs, omelets, and hard boiled eggs as well as 2 kinds of sausage and biscuits with really good gravy.
