Had a great experience with Travel World on a group trip to Iceland. Our tour guide Alan Kline was exceptional and attended to everyones needs. It was well organized. I highly recommend travel world and will definitely be booking trips in the future with them. We also met wonderful people.

This was my 2nd trip with TravelWorld and it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is helpful in all aspects, they answer any questions asked and plan great itineraries. I have traveled to both Ireland and Iceland with TravelWorld. All transportation is included from arrival to departure, even a bus ride to the airport. They handle close to everything, I highly recommend their travel company for anyone looking for local and/or international trips. Alan was wonderful during our entire stay and traveled with us, keeping an eye on our group and working with the tour guide to make our trip unforgettable. I will continue to book with them in the future.

This is a fantastic place to get great vacation trips, however we just took the Canaun Mexican trip, they used Frontier Airlines, will never take a trip with that Airlines involved, $549. Extra paid for seats and bags, and the seats the worst I ever had a 3.5 hour flight of torture. And the agents the worst so many mistakes then charged passengers to correct their mistakes. Have always been very happy with Travelworld, but the use of Frontier Airlines didn't help you.

The owner John and his team are a phenomenal group, they take the fear out of traveling and they don't skip a detail do all you have to do is enjoy your trip!! I've been traveling through them for yrs! I want to go back to Scotland!! At Christmas!! What do you think travel world!!!

Had a wonderful time on the recent Ireland trip through Travelworld Scranton. It was everything I hoped it would be. Every day had an itinerary and the accommodations were quite nice. I would definitely book another tour with Travel World.

This was my first experience going through a travel agency, and I cannot describe how wonderful Travelworld is. First when I called and spoke to John who was extremely helpful and courteous as to what I wanted. Also, he had no issue with allowing me to settle on an appointment in my time frame. When getting to Travelworld, the entire staff were very nice and friendly. The agent provided to me had the patience of a saint with making my vacation accommodations to my specifications and needed Amtrak arrangements. It was especially trying for her due to my son's wheelchair needs, but she was so professional and focused, everything was arranged to also accommodate my son's needs though it was difficult. I would definitely recommend Travelworld for any trip, and will use them again.
