Lorrie was fantastic at the front desk. Walked into my room and the carpets had been recently washed which is great but it smelled SO strongly of mildew. Pulled the blanket back and it looked like pubes in the bed. Behind the mattress on the box spring there was so much dust and hair. I booked a room at the Holiday inn

Bathtub drains slow. Otherwise I had no complaints about my room. Seemed clean. I was double charged though so be sure to check your bank statement before you leave! My sister had a separate room with no heat. She was moved but her fridge was dirty and so packed full of ice in top part she could hardly close it. She ask them several times about it but nothing was done. They easily could have put another fridge in there. I think we will invest a few more dollars and stay elsewhere if we return to the area. The biscuits and gravy was good though for breakfast and coffee!

Staff was friendly the room was clean. It is a little dated but for the price you couldn’t beat it for the night. Breakfast is what you expect at a budget hotel a little of everything. The only thing is the people that work there smoke quite a bit and are not staying far enough away from front door. We were having breakfast and when someone opened the door you could smell it. Would stay there again.

I hit a deer late night on I79. The desk dude at night was great on the phone and on location. Very accommodating. The manager in the morning was great too! She definitely helped me as I did check in late… no questions asked. She met me with a smile and I didn’t even have to ask. I couldn’t ask for better people in a bad situation. The room was not cleaned when I got there like other people said and honestly I didn’t care…but if your looking for a cheap room, it is worth it! If you expect perfection, then don’t book budget friendly rooms anywhere. Directly off the interstate and food available in the same parking lot. Pet friendly! I appreciate the people of West Virginia! Friendly people out there!

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and fresh and the beds and pillows were more comfortable than I thought they’d be for a property in this price range. We will be stopping back at our way back north in March.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets and the room was clean. The curtains however were disgusting. There was white stuff on brown curtains and the white pull curtains were stained really bad. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price. However do not expect the breakfast to be decent. There isn’t much to it. There was yogurt, biscuit and gravy, waffles and cereal with apple juice or coffee. No eggs, sausage or bacon. Very disappointed.

I arrived to hotel and staff was out front smoking. They scurried in to help me behind a huge plastic barrier. I showed her w my confirmation text and email for reservation. The front desk girl said she didn't have one for me. I explained I was already charged. She told me to call Expedia and couldn't help me. Also explained this happens alot and she didn't know why. And the last time she double charged someone. Of course it was frustrating since I just drove 3 hours in bad snow storm. I called Expedia and they confirmed with the front desk they did NOT have My reservation. I was to get a full refund in 24 Hours.. I went down the road and stayed at the Hampton Inn. It is beautiful, CLEAN,SMELLED FRESH!! Fantastic breakfast and staff. Quiet and very clean.No staff smoking cigarettes and grime. I have tried getting my refund and somone in India answers and laughs the entire time I speak. I keep getting the run around between Expedia. The chain says the never charged me , Expedia did, It's sad when chains steal hardworking people's money.
